“The Man From Nowhere” with Bin Won, “New World” with Lee Jong Jae from “Squid Games” when he was younger (and hot). Both are amazing and with all the action, fight scenes and all the and the twists I love from K-dramas.

The girl who’s the “witch” and the young guy has a series together and the chemistry is unmatched it’s called Our Beloved Summer

she didnt crush her face., if we see at 44:09 the man shot her in the head but she blocked it with her hand. and the bullet remained in her hand. and that bullet killed the woman when she was holding her face

This movie kicked ass. The main young guy who she fought in the end is the main actor in Parasite (won all the Oscar’s) and he’s also the jock in Train to Busan. He’s Canadian this why his English is so good.

Basically both parents knew, and you can say she’s bad to the core, she picked them, she just didn’t appeared at their farm she planned every single step she made since she was a child

she was never bad, she wanted to be safe and to survive. and on top of that, she wanted revenge. if she was bad she wouldn't care about her parents and her friend. now, the other kids were bad (as they were never raised as humans).

Korean movies always infuse a lot of slapstick comedy, it throws off the tone so that you never expect the brutality that may follow. I love it❤

Cariannas eyelashes are on point. Also loving the kdrama reviews. Ya'll got me into a whole new genre and i love it.

Now i really cannot wait for you guys to react to The witch Part 2. I love your reactions

52:00 this part was baffling to me, too. the brain scientist lady got the "witch" who ran away. the brain scientist's twin sister must've learned from her mistake and upgraded her tactics and this scary young girl must be the new "witch" who have noticed that her "mom" is in trouble and showed up to take care of her. the twin scientist lady said 아니야, 엄마 괜찮아 nah, nah. mommy's fine and the main character of the show said something like 너, 언니한테 까불면 목아지 날아간다 you'd better show respect to your elder sister, otherwise your head will fly off of you it didn't have the elder sister part in the subtitle, but she called herself older than the scary looking girl, so, that scary girl must be a newer model that the twin lady made, yet our girl is confident that she can beat her. and the newer model is also smiling menacingly, showing how confident she is as well

answer to one of your questions is this. if you go back and pay attention early in the movie she escaped when they were trying to kill everybody like her. she planned everything to go after everybody that did the damage to her and the others. her goal was to destroy that facility. this is so good because yes it is slow at first but you have to watch every minute to truly understand it. maybe when you were talking you missed a point that you needed to have. the second one is a little more fast paced earlier but again you have to keep up with each minute to understand it. the actress that plays the lead is so good. her facial expressions are off the chart. it adds to the story. the best part to me was in the fighting scene where she keeps slapping the dude when he is trying to kill her. it is so humiliating to be slapped like that. lol. FYI the lead actress won best beginning actress for this role.

Part 1 is just amazing, the first watch will confuse you but not to a point that you would lose interest...but then came the kicker when we find out that everyone just got played including the viewers...one of the best plot twists I've seen in a while.

Korean action movies are on another level. I recommend the ma dong seok (Don lee) series of movies the outlaws, the roundup 1, the round up 2. Also, Ordinary People/ the villagers. I wonder if you've watched the Moving TV series . Similar genre to this one. Mr choi is in it too 😊.

This is a trilogy! So wait until part 3 comes out and sums up all the easter eggs and storyline 😆

One of my favorite movies of that year ❤

Please check out Itaewon Class. Kim Da-mi (main girl in The Witch), was incredible in it, stole every scene. The reason I even watched The Witch was because of Kim Da-mi's performance in Itaewon Class.

I find it funny how you all thought Choi Woo Shik was an actor from Sweet Home when he's not and the one who was actually in Sweet Home was Kim Dami's(Main Character actress) best friend. She was the ballerina with a brother. 🤣 12:53

This movie is g damn awesome 👌 ❤ The last 15 mins were insane and the slow beginning was necessary for it. Part 2 was great as well. You should check it out.

Ok girl is just a mutant she the mutant no one and nothing can beat her! She is good at everything from school to fighting and everything in between... Without telling too much just know nothing is what it seems.. they all have numerous abilities but hers are par none, they broke the kids up into tiers she's the highest one!! Naw she grabbed her face 😂 face mask style, and then crushed it like a grape!

One thing quick! The main character's friend is the Eunyoo from Sweet home! Ths sister of the Season 1's leader with the glasses.

yeah, Part 1 don't have that much budget, so to test water, we only got that last 15min ish of that super action sequence toward the end of the movie. Due to the good reputation and success in Part 1, they finally can deliver a hell lot of that 15min ish moments from Part 1 throughout Part 2.

THE PART 2 IS REALLY GOOD TOO

I knew it when I saw the reaction. Your reactions were interesting. If you see that the male actor uses the same tone in both Korean and English, it seems like he is good at acting. I'm Korean and I used a translator. I understood the video by watching the automatically translated subtitles.
