The story of the witch and her grave is fascinating. I really like the unique shape of Willie Morris' grave. The downtown sure is a classic americana looking one. I would enjoy walking down that street. Thanks for sharing man its fun seeing you on the road.

what a great local legend! the kind of stuff I love. I find cemeteries to be very peaceful. Nice small downtown area too.
Thanks for watching everyone!
Thanks for sharing the story I am from MS
Freaky story... I guess the chains were meant to keep her there? (Oh, and the Kennedy fire hydrant is from my hometown of Elmira, NY. They're everywhere. ;-) )Thanks man, watched it all!

Adventures by George oh that’s awesome! I didn’t know about the Fire Hydrant! Neat!
Glenwood Cemetary is one of the scariest places to be and the most awesome. The Chain Lady is what we called her growing up. I can tell stories about going up to that cemetery, and I have family that can give you stories that will scare you to death. But I'm going to tell ya'll right now, when I was young, The Witches Grave head stone was not like that. There are graves in the back of the cemetery that goes back to the 1700's. The main street, i used to walk with my granny, there was a store that was called Black and White that she loved shopping at. It was mostly fabrics and things like that, but she shopped there every weekend. I love Yazoo City (That is the actual name and NOT just Yazoo)
Born in Vicksburg raised 4 years in Yazoo moved up north a big chunk of my childhood Moved back down south to Tennessee researching my roots never heard this story🤣This is fascinating
Sounds fascinating
OMG, Micah, I had no idea you were from Mississippi! What part? It's so great that you made this. My family is originally from Yazoo City, and they used to tell me this story when I was little and scared the crap out of me!

Greetings from Yazoo City, Ms just wanted to let you know I enjoyed watching your video. I thought it was very nice. And the other thing I think is of importance...We now have bears living in the wooded area in Glenwood Cemetery. I'm not uttering lies. Look it up for yourself!!! And thanks for sharing your Vlog!!!

Christinne Roach - Lugo pretty crazy huh?
Excellent vid and story. This one's right in my wheelhouse. I'm not 100% certain but the bank of Yazoo may have been used in O Brother Where Art Thou during the heist by George Nelson ... NOT Baby Face!

Aimless Adventures I believe you are right!
My home town That was a field trip as a kid....
I am confused. First. Why the chain around her grave? And where is the witches tombstone with the info on her? And who is Ray Rogers Sr? And who is the 21 year old Sexton? that is carved on the stone laying on the ground.
Jerry Clower!!!!
Is this Yazoo you are talking about isthmus anywhere near Yazoo City, Miss?
The bank was in the movie brother where art thou
Who's to say you're not walking through a ghostly spirit in that cemetery? Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there.😜✌🍦

Such stupidity, destroy that grave, for the sake of the good christiand buired there. Playing with the devil is not a good thing in the eyes of our Lord.
