Breaking up with your girlfriend at their 2 year anniversary sounds like such a specific punishment. That it makes you wonder if they knew in advance who was going to lose because they never tried anyway and they all hated his girlfriend so basically they felt they were doing him a favor. Or... this is a punishment that needs A LOT of reminding.

We have 24 people in our crew. It’s 2 leagues though. 12 in the upper league and 12 in the lower league. You finish in the bottom 4 of the upper league, you get relegated to the lower league next year. You finish in the top 4 in the lower league, you’re promoted to the upper league next year. Both leagues get trophies with the upper league getting a nice trophy with their name on it. The lower league gets a mini trophy. Edit: for context, it’s a church league ❤️

One of my old friends was the loser in his league. His punishment for getting last place was to go to every Wikipedia article that mentioned a player on his roster and change every word on that article to "Beans". He couldn't do that for every article but damn it was pretty funny watching him do it during our AP World History class.

Had one one year which was get sub 1:30 in SMO in two weeks

One year some guys at my school had the loser of their league do a presentation in front of the entire high school. This was possible because we had an open mic every Friday and the entire school would go.

We were gonna do the one chip challenge, but then it got banned. So we settled on this: last place has to eat as many hot dogs as Joey Chestnut did in this year’s Hot Dog contest. He’s got one week to do it 😂

I used to be in a league where the loser had to buy a jersey of the winners choosing. This could include custom jerseys and you had to wear it out on Sundays while watching the games at a bar/restaurant. Some of the jerseys were, a Raiders #69 Hug me Jersey, A Seahawks #12 Cards Suck (Cardinals), And a #00 Pink Boo Brees Jersey.

Once we had a punishment that the loser had to drink orange juice before he brushed his teeth every day until the draft the next year. We ended up not getting enough people for a league the next year. Legend has it Simon has been drinking orange juice every day for the past 3 years.

Can you do a part 2? Just because I'm curious on how crazy they can really get.

We had a league at my job where the loser had to sit at the road to enter the mall (we worked in the same parking lot) with a sign that said “honk for milk” and if somebody honked they had to pour milk on themselves.

Our league was whoever got last, the amount of losses they had is how many milk miles they would run (not miles js laps)

Using this for my fantasy hockey league (Last place is 2-10 with 5 weeks left in the regular season, and is the least athletic person you will ever meet)

The punishment for our league is to get a plant and keep it alive until the draft next season. The plant is also in a pot that is a 3d printed butt 😂 If the plant dies, they go from drafting 1st to last

I had an idea for the Dairy Queen league: last place has to wear a Curly the Cone costume for 2-3 hours and stand on the street corner with a posterboard saying “I suck at Fantasy Football”

In my league, one of the most annoying punishments is doing random Sporacle quizzes until you get 100% on 25 of them.

I’m a comic and I’ve seen the comedy fantasy football punishment. It’s actually very fun as long as everyone in the audience is in on what’s going on. I had a lot of fun watching it.

In my local dynasty league, the 4 teams who MISS the playoffs have to make dinner for the remaining 6 guys at the annual rookie draft.

That are some wild punishments for an activity where in reality your influence is close to zero and even with max skill it's extremely luck based, because of how you are fully dependent on outside factors.

i had a friend who lost his fantasy league and his punishment was to go to the local high school football field and run the whole perimeter with his shoes full of peanut butter

In our league we twist up the milk mile a little. We have the managers if the 2 worst teams race against each. Each lap they have to drink a large glass of milk. The looser of this race then has to do a worse punishment.

Here’s the punishment for our league, walk into a 5 star restaurant with a hoodie, shorts, socks, and sandals and try to negotiate your way into the restaurant until they kick you out

Our league does the taco bell mile. 4 burritos or 8 tacos. 1 burrito or 2 tacos before each lap. Also must finish a large baja blast before the mile is over, and you have to carry it until its empty.

The loser of my league has to be a full blown bathroom attendant at our local dive bar for a night. You have to wear a suit, have all the items that a bathroom attendant would normally have (mouthwash, cologne, vapes etc.) and hand people paper towels. For context this bar is your stereotypical small town midwestern bar, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Should be a super funny night for the rest of the us

the break up one is context dependent, you focused on the fact of the break up where as i believe the punishment was made with the input of the punished and the part of the punishment that is meant to be punishing is the date for the break up not the breakup itself, that date being their anniversare so as to make the break up more memorable and put dishonor on the punished

Our league had to have one of the worst punishments. We live in Pennsylvania, so the bottom 2 in the league had to sneak to a "haunted" hospital with a lot of history local to our houses called "Hill View Manor" and spend 6 hours straight in the middle of night trying to communicate with anything. We were gonna do it yearly but my friend swears on his life he saw a shadow figure sprint at him down a hallway and now won't go near the building😂😂😂
