The Brazilian car is a Gurgel, an independent brand that worked here in the mid 80's making cars using VW parts, that one in the video, uses a 2.0 8v Vw engine called "AP" is the most common engine swaps here in Brazil because is reliable and easy to extract HP some of this engines is making 1000hp on drag strips

No one would expect my drift car. 1986-'90 Chevy Caprice. I used to have so much fun drifting them in the snow but they really needed more steering angle or they spin out too easily. high revving small block chevy or i guess an LS

First drift build, Mazda rotary rx7 2rotor, stripped interior, lightest possible everything else (ie. No paint on body surfaces). Minimalistic, as no point to realistically over do a vehicle that requires no ability of putting power to the ground in way of traction. If a gimmick was needed, prehaps fill rear tyres with helium or fans in rear to provide positive lift.
