The Wild Mustangs of Spring Creek Basin

We revisited the Spring Creek Basin wild horse management area with some friends. Here is a video sharing our recent visit to the area. The BLM is responsible for the area and here is the link to their web site. www.blm.gov/programs/wild-hor....
In addition, TJ Holmes looks after multiple rescue mustangs which are in a sanctuary area in Disappointment Valley. TJ maintains a blog and posts to it on a regular basis. Here is the link: springcreekbasinmustangs.com/....
TJ Holmes provided the two images of the foal shown at the end of the video. Thank you so much for sharing these images.
The above links will provide you with an abundance of information about the Spring Creek Wild-Horse area. The BLM link provides a map and directions to reach the area.
We hope you enjoy our video of these wild mustangs. A word of caution is that the roads can be very muddy and impassable if there has been snow or rain. So, check the weather and going into the area, check the condition of roads before proceeding deep into the area.
