The Whole Wide Truth
Ойын-сауық
The plaintiff started dating the defendant after they met on an online chat forum. Soon after, the defendant’s true colors came out. The defendant was allegedly a heavy drinker who cheated on the plaintiff with one of her friends. The defendant also reportedly failed to pay his share of housing costs, so the plaintiff is suing for unpaid rent, eviction costs, and emotional distress. The defendant admits he was an alcoholic while dating the plaintiff, but he claims the plaintiff’s friends were lying about the defendant’s actions because they were jealous.
