I've been Muslim for 16 years of my life. Had to memorize half the Quran when I was only 8 years old. My father forced this education on me, otherwise I never enjoyed it. Only sometimes like you mentioned, you are so brainwashed and throw yourself into the religion like they want you to do, that you feel as if you are together, with your brothers and sisters, feeling strong and pure and holy, and all that shit. It's exactly what they want to make you feel. Like you have the holy message for the rest of humanity and that you must spread the word around, convert disbelievers and get Muslims back onto the extreme path, praying at the mosque everyday, atleast once a day if not five... It's really intense stuff. Worse than asking somebody to get a job again. Because you know you get nothing in return by doing so, except feeding your ego and delusions into thinking that you are pious, and a better Muslim, better than the rest of humanity and all these disbelievers. That you are humble and forgiving for praying to God to help forgive all the people considered "Astray". My biggest question that gave me doubts was "Who created Allah then?" How did he just happen to be in charge of the bloody universe. Who created the creator? It was all just so stupid to me, I have been lied to. My brain has just been messed with. Suddenly nothing made sense... Why do most disbelievers go to hell fire, even "bad" Muslims? Why does Islam have so much suffering and pain described, so much punishment? So much calling to Jihad, the one that's inside you as they like to say ,but also the one where you will conquer countries like the Prophet and really spread the word greatly. There is something hidden behind this cult. Something deeply evil.. it's very real, and very scary, even when I think about it today 10 years of being an Atheist, it just feels so stupid and pointless, and a religion of pain and suffering. Mistreating your wife and kids, keeping them locked in the house for as long as possible... To avoid them commiting bad deeds, especially daughters. Muslim daughters in families are kept hidden, and in some countries, they don't even get to choose their husband, the father does... Isn't that so ridiculous and messed up? They almost have no freedom to begin with, and then they are given to a Man (arranged Marriage) that they must spend the rest of their lives with, respect his every demand like a good sex slave, and live all their childhood all over again, but this time Adult version 2.0. it's fucked up, and a vicious cycle. To fuck everybody up, especially Muslims themselves without realizing it. Islam is like a brain cancer and tumor that you just have to learn to live with and cope with the consequences. Even if you leave the religion, it still follows you around. Arabs and other Muslims mistreat you, and mock you, judge you, treat you less than human. Religious abuse as I like to call it. Calling you out like you are the biggest traitor. Nevermind people, even your family can go as far as hurting you, rejecting you from their lives. Which is inevitable and something that happened to me. My father broke my nose with a headbutt, and then proceeded to chase me like a sociopath that wanted to kill me (he even said it himself), basically wanting to commit a honor killing. Apostate thank you for revealing the truth behind Islam and the cult of the Prophet. I appreciate every single one of your videos, and I'm so glad you exist and doing the hard job, but doing it so well that everybody can relate to it. Popular public opinion here is very closed when it comes to atheism and leaving Islam. You will be considered a devil by those around you (at best) if you say that you have left Islam and you may be killed at worst. The current Gospel preaches that God is not self-sufficient and in need of splitting into 3 of His dependent creations, a human, the Holy Spirit (who in Islam is actually Angel Jibril) and the father (who I don’t even know who this is). If you don’t believe me, look at the circle with the trinity on it, the one that says “the father is not the son, the son is not etc but they’re all God” that proves that the three are all different beings but dependent on eachother to make up one being. Not only that but that He couldn’t forgive Adam after he repented or Adam’s children even after they repented without an innocent third party to be tortured to intervene. There are mistakes in the Gospels and passages added in and taken out and verses with the words changed. If every Gospel was burned, that would be the end of the gospel and the Bible because nobody has memorised the Gospels and most Christian’s have never even read it. Which option will you pick from an unbiased state of mind?

I appreciate you speaking out. I am Jewish and many of my closest friends are Muslim. Out of everyone I know, Muslims have said the most unbelievably evil and antisemitic things I’ve ever heard in my life and they didn’t see it as being morally wrong at all-they were being completely sincere. I actually had a lot of love and respect for Islam until I started learning about it. The more I learned, the more respect I lost. I read the Quran several times. I saw what Allah has to say about Jews. I heard what my friends have to say. I read the Hadiths. It’s far from a religion of peace and it’s far from a perfect faith. I actually converted to Judaism and during my conversion process, all of my Muslim friends tried to talk me out of it. Some feigned support and then would bombard me with things about Israel. Really bizarre. That being said, PLENTY of Muslims are great people and many are trapped in this toxic ideology. I had a discussion with one friend about G-d and I was so excited to debate G-d’s existence. She started crying because she was so scared of even questioning if G-d is real. That’s not right. I think a lot of Muslims don’t read the Quran fully and just listen to the good things they are told. And the good things are good. But as you know more, it becomes harder and harder to justify the good along with the bad. I do Hope Islam is able to see reform just like Judaism and Christianity have. I think if that happens Islam can become a beautiful religion.

I'm an ex muslim and i live in an Islamic country.I was a really religious person who used to wake up really early for tahazzud prayer,fast frequently and read quran almost every single day. Now that i stopped doing everything my parents noticed and i am in real trouble.though i am an adult i am scared to be abandoned. most people here are really crazy so i don't make friends.people gets killed so easily here.

I think the term fundamentalist reffers to follow the fundaments of something, and what says Christ? to love the enemy. It’s different than “radical” or “extremist”, wich means you reduce you view of the world to live and see only the religion and become intolerant with anything else. Usually the problem that modern society points towards fundamentalist christianism is homophobia… while the problem of fundamentalist islamism is jihad and systematic violation of human rights (specially towards women)

Lol, i once saw a video of an imam responding to what a women get in jannah, he said they get to be with their husband and if are unmarried, they get to marry some, one questioned if they'd get jealous for having 72 other women, he said allah would take away their feelings of jealousy etc...like allah can make the jealousy of a women disappear for her husband has 72 other hurrs but can not diappear the lust inside a man's heart...smh

Now that we're ex-Muslims, one thing we have thought about is how do we get back all those years wasted practicing Islam? There is no way to get back the time and energy that was spent worshiping a false God in a false religion for so many years of our lives. It's pretty sad, but we must learn to move on with strength and peace. Opening up our minds was the one of the greatest things we ever did.

I feel like a nicer, more accepting, and tolerant person. It's like a significant event in my life, a tremendous transformation. It was very much needed in my personal life. Like you said, leaving Islam isn't easy, but it is doable. I also definitely agree that children should have a choice in life on what they want to believe in and do. This is also very important later in their lives. Every day I am slowly trying to regain the time I lost from the mental and emotional trauma I experienced. I won't be able to get it all back, but hopefully I can get at least some time to think and reflect. It feels great to be an ex-Muslim and the numbers of apostates are rising. So I think it is safe to say that there is hope for the future. Peace. 😃

As ex muslims, you are already doing good. You should no longer have hatred for others. Everything is God's creation, so don't torture animals that feed you. Don't ask for an afterlife - it simply asking for the freedom to waste this one. Use it to clean your mind from, anger, enmity, pride, greed, lust and such vices. You can immediately get back all the wasted years. You can keep a room dark for a hundred years but only have to open the curtains to let the light in.

Another pagan belief that men are God. Are you starting to see the similarities? That's not all either, which one of the 5 Bibles do you read? I'm guessing not the Aryan version? That pagan book was burned by Constantine 300 years after Jesus. Who decided his version was less similar to Rome's pagan beliefs. Orthodox Christianity is the true way ❤ All apostolic christian schools are pure and nearest to Jesus and the will of god! Although i respect our catholic and protestant brothers, Orthodoxy is the way! Salvation is a process not a matter of simple confession, sinners are sick people and Churches are Hospitals, Hesychasm and God has a Essence which cant be comprehended and a energy which can be experienced with hesychasm (meditation, prayers are going to holy nature places like the mountain in greece). All these orthodox principles are so simple and understandable, yet practicable and applycable on the road to salvation! Praise the lord. Jesus is King 🙏

I'm describing here which is based on historical facts not on my preconceived notions. I'll start it from the name Allah. Since 2000Bc moon worship was practised in Arabia. The crescent moon is symbol of this pagan moon worship. In Mecca there was a God named Hubal who was lord of kabah. This Hubal was a moon God referred to as Al-ilah later shortened to Allah before Muhammad began promoting his new religion in 610 AD this 'Allah' name existed as a pagan moon God. For instance prophet Muhammed's father had pagan God Allah name as Abd-allah or 'Abdullah'. There is also evidence that 'Hubal' was referred to Allah. Pre-Islamic Mecca was full of paganism & polytheism. It is said 359 idols surrounded the Kaaba were worshipped as gods with Allah who was considered as a chief supreme God referred to as moon God or sky God of pagans and below Allah(Moon God or Hubal) people worshipped Allah's three daughters deities Al-lat(venus star), Al-uzza, & Manat(fate goddess) along with these deities people worshipped 359gods idols & 'jinns'(demon spirits). Even after Muhammed started to began his preaching people were worshipping 359 idols and Allah ie Hubal moon God or sky God among the pagans worship. During Muhammed preaching he was tricked by satan and acknowledged that these deities Allah's daughters are worthy of worship whose intercession in heaven was to be sought.(as it screws up the tribal Israeli yahwist concept of monotheism). Later an angel gabriel chastised Muhammed for uttering these verses which was from satan put these imaginary words into Muhammed's mouth not from real god. That is the satanic verse (sahih6, 60,385) in quran. Finally Muhammed made people reject the worship of 359 idol gods & jinn and brought monotheism but Muhammed forgot to realise that the pagans chief God moon God name was also' Allah'. Regardless of the facts. Eventhough Muslims worship the same real god ie Abraham's God as it is in Jewish torah&Christian bible ie Jehovah or yahweh. It is clear that Islam's God name is derived from paganism that once worshipped a moon God. Although Islam today is a monotheist religion its roots are in paganism which is a historical truth. Next I'll write according to quran verses. ~Quran says that Allah created the world with his 'WORD'. ~In surah 4-171 says jesus(Isa) is the 'WORD' of God. So why should this honorable title be given only to jesus even adam too was created out of mud but in quran it was not mentioned that Adam is the word of god. And if Jesus is the 'word' of Allah it means that jesus was already there before God created the world. ~In Bible John chapter 1:1 says "In the beginning was the word, & the word was with God, &the word was God". ~In quran says that jesus (Isa) was born of a virgin (surah3:45-47&surah19:17-21) according to quran's verse about virgin birth of jesus was prophesied in (Isaiah 7:14) says ~"Therefore the Lord himself will give u a sign behold a virgin shall conceive& bear a son & shall call his name Immanuel") the book of Isaiah prophesied about virgin birth of jesus more than 700 yrs before jesus actual birth. ~Isa jesus was said as a "spirit of god(Ruhullah)" in surah4:171. ~Jesus( isa) was a" Messiah"in surah 4-171. ~In surah 19:19 says"I am only a messenger of ur lord, to announce to u the gift of a holy son". Here the gift belongs to God therefore the son belongs to God. The son was God's. So the verse symbolically means jesus is the son of God(Jehovah or Yahweh) not Allah because the name Allah as mentioned above is pagan God name. Jesus was "Holy son" sinless & faultless according to quran. ~In Bible verse also it states "Jesus christ was sinless from birth"(1peter2:2). ~ I've compiled the list of prophets from the quran along with quran verses who committed sin & asked for forgiveness from God. Refer all these verses from quran all these prophets committed sin & asked for forgiveness from God. Including prophet Muhammed committed sin. So being as a ordinary human everyone commits sin from birth except jesus was 'sinless & Holy' as it is in quran verses this proves he was extraordinary and had the power of his god father. That is the reason jesus is called as 'son of true living God'.not of Allah because 'Allah' name is pagan God name as mentioned above. So jesus is son of yahweh or Jehovah ~According to Muslims thoughts they may ask as it is in (surah 6:101)"How could he have a son when he has no wife" quran itself answers this question. Below ~In surah39:4 says "If Allah had willed to choose a son, he could have chosen what he would of that which he hath created". So if God actually cause Mary's to supernaturally bring forth a son without a husband y would it be impossible for him to produce a son without a wife???. ~The same quran says Allah can hear even he doesn't have ears like us, & he can see even he doesn't have eyes like us. So y would it be impossible for god to produce a son eventhough he doesn't have a wife like us???? All Islam people should think about this. ~In quran chapter 5:110 says"Jesus gave life to dead people, healed a blind man, healed a lepers&many more miracles are there even prophets in quran including Muhammed didn't do the miracles what jesus did. ~Quran chapter verse157-158 says "Jesus went to heaven & he is still alive also says he will come again&be the judge". ~Surah chapter 3:45&43:61 states "Jesus was illustrious in this world & would continue to be so in the hereafter. Esa will come back as a sign of hour of judgement". ~Quran chapter 57verse:28 says "O ye that believe ! Fear Allah & believe in his messenger, the jesus the messenger will provide for u a light by which ye shall walk&that jesus had authority from Allah to forgive ur sins". ~Finally quran chapter 10 verse94 says that "if u r having any doubts about what Muhammed has revealed, u must go back & read the old scriptures. ie(Torah & Injeel(bible)). In which Muhammed was born 530yrs after jesus christ & Bible was. Even though Muhammad restored the verses from torah&bible. he additionally introduced satanic verses also & made Islam people to worship pagan God's name ie'Allah' so he should be considered as a false prophet. All these are written with evidence & historical truths.

I'm a new atheist, ex-Muslim. My family doesn't know and when some of them knew they threatened me. I'm a trans-guy so in their eyes I am a woman, it's horrible for women. Fatima Khan: It's not in the hadith but in the Qur'an (23:12-14) "We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed substance)......and we made the clot into a lump (of flesh)m and we made (from) the lump, bones and we covered the bones with flesh. We developed him into another creation" "alaqah" = blood clot doesn't alway mean a clot formed by blood. ": a portion of a substance adhering together in a thick nondescript mass (as of clay or gum)" - Merriam Webster dictionary. An embryo at day 24-25 literally looks like a leech. Look it up. An embryo at around 15 days is literally just group of cells (about 0.6mm) suspended from the walls of the uterus. Remember, Qur'an is NOT a scientific book but a book of "signs" based on past and future to turn towards monotheism. First time someone from the scientific community discerned the embryonic stages in the Qur'an was a christian scientist. Even NCBI has scientific publication on Embryology and Qur'an.

@@artcore9886 what Muhammad said about the embryonic stages, was not only incorrect but was copied from "palgiarzies"... the writings from Galen, a famous ancient Greek medical doctor, who lived years before Muhammad. There are many accounts from Islamic sources, where muhammad and his followers killed pregnant women, they disemboweled them, so they would have witnessed the embryos come away from the mother. This would explain, why he described it, like he did... as a blood clot because an embryo, only looks bloody in this stage, if it is removed by force from the mother...., and it's actually, the mother's blood not the embryos ...the Quran says, in the 2nd stage, it has blood and looks like a blood clot, when it reality an embryos doesn't even have blood at this stage, just cells because their circulatory system, hasn't yet developed at this stage. If the christian doctor is Keith Moore, then the only reason he agreed, was because he was working for an Islamic institution, being paid by the Saudi's at the time....so, he wasn't going to go against the people he worked for. But, when he returned to the west, his views changed... as can be seen in his most recent books and the doctor's earlier opinion didn't actually support the Quran anyway, but Galen the ancient Greek doctor, the one who first documented the stages, which Muhammed then copied. We know that he copied the ancient Greek manuscripts because he makes the same errors as they did...it is the same with his claim that everything is made from water...the first, to come up with this theory was not muhammad but the Jews, the Bible says, life started in the waters...it was also suggested and documented by a ancient Greek philosopher Anaximander, and he lived 1,000 years before Muhammad!!!.. All the information revealed about the beginning of the universe or life etc was well known by the ancient Greeks, and the Jews and christians in Muhammed's time, so he was revealing nothing new... the only people, who were none the wiser were the pagans!! Anything new that he added, turned out to be false, like where the stars and sun and the moon are placed and much more. It wasn't, just scientific information that he copied from other sources well before his time claiming to be personal revelation from Allah, he did it in regards to Jesus and Christianity also, this is why the christians and Jews of his day rejected him and said he was a false prophet because the things he was "revealing" to them was already known to be false and from the gnostic gospels, which were written hundreds of years after the lifetime of Jesus and the eyewitness and hundreds of years before Muhammad's life, which had been rejected, because we have the much earlier accounts written by people who knew the apostles personally and those accounts... are nothing like the gnostic gospels, which muhammad copied from. Take the verse about Jesus talking from the cradle or that Jesus didn't die on the cross, all accounts taken from the gnostic gospels...so, why would anyone take the gnostic gospels accounts as more creditable??..over the accounts from people who knew Jesus, including His own brother and from people who knew the apostles personally..well scholars certainly don't ...for muhammad to claim they are personal revelations.. when all the information was well known is just embarrassing, so it's like this.... either muhammad was wrong or Allah was wrong we both know that God cannot be wrong so that mean muhammad was.

Similarity DOES NOT mean plagiarism. Embryology first appeared in the Bhagavad Gita so did the greeks plagiarized it from ancient India? Also, Qur'an i NOT a scientific book. Most scientific verses are ambiguous that modern science can neither approve it or disapprove it. But mostly, modern science HAS NOT disapproved what is in the Qur'an, besides propaganda websites spread out, even today. Ancient Greek writings on embryology posses NO similarity to the texts of Qur'an. Qur'an DOES NOT NOT NOT claim to be a new text or the law. It is a continuation of what the past God's messengers brought with them. Believe it or not, even the Bhagavad Gita speaks about monotheism which is the central point of the Qur'an. "Believe in One God." This is only the subject of embryology that we debating so far, we have yet to speak about the heavens, oceans, or human anatomy/physiology that Qur'an speaks about.

I know I am a bit late, but... I am from Somalia and live in the Netherlands but the people from my country (who are muslim) refer the people from the country I live in as _"gaal"_ or _"gaalada"_ , wich is an insult to the Christians and Atheists who live there. I hated it that they thought they were doing the right thing and all those others are gonna burn for eternity, and that's the thing that made me have doubts on the believe system and why I don't wanna identify myself as a Somalian anymore. *Since a country is just a bordered area of the earth's surface that divides our own species!*

Stephen, it would be a good idea to create a film. It will rescue others. However, afterwards you will probably have to hide in a safe location. It will probably have to be outside the UK. Simply put, the cult cannot handle criticism. The cult's response always ends up ebing violence, intimidation and punishment. And that makes it even more necessary to tell the truth. My own side of things is probably different from this chap's as Ive experienced and witnessed much from the Muslim community here in the UK that isnt simply religious/sectarian but is in fact racist. Its not generally known that Islam is also used as a veil for much racist behaviour and so too a greater nationalist agenda. For me to convey this publicly would bring threats from more than just the Muslims. At the very least my personal ability to cope would be really rather "shortlived".

Stephen - I think it is better than your evidence comes before the public. The problem is that you will be making yourself VERY vulnerable. And I don't think the "powers that be" will want to hear your story. The media will not what to publish your story. Perhaps the best option is to publish a book, under another name, in the US (where you are protected by free speech). A friend of mine is an Indian Hindu. He has worked in the Middle East. And many that he knows from India, have also done so. And he told me about the racism of the Arabs towards Indians. And by extensions Pakistanis and Bangladeshis - only they are so indocrtinated by their own clerics to rever the Arabs (as superior), and accept it.

A Canadian ex-muslim called Yasmine Mohammed wrote a book. It is called "from Al Qaeda to athiest". Her husband was a thug who beat her. He even killed one of her unborn children. He was also an Al Qaeda member. Eventually he got arrested, and she got away from her twisted, psychotic mother. She studied comparative religion, and realised that the cult that had dominated her life was nonsense. And she became an ex-muslim. And she wrote of her experience, and is frequently giving podcasts. She is a very courageous woman, who is speaking the truth of what she suffered under a "devoutly religious" mother, and a "devoutly religious" husband. In her assessment, Islam is "scientology to the power of 100" as a control obsessed cult.

Mdesyeticamat Mat, LOL! Where did you get the idea that I'm a Christian? I'm atheist. Not only do I not believe that Jesus was the son of God or God himself, but I don't believe in a god, period. However, I do believe that the Jesus of the Bible stories was a much better man, morally, than Muhammad and a much better person to listen to and to contemplate his words. If I were going to be religious, I would definitely choose the Christian religion over Islam because its version of the ideal man didn't spread his religion by war, he didn't own slaves or take prisoners or have sex with female prisoners taken as slaves, and he didn't kill anyone. He told his followers not to punish or kill unbelievers, but to simply deliver the Gospel to them and, if they disbelieved and made fun of it, to simply walk away from them. Leave judgement and punishment in spiritual matters up to God. (After all, a person has a whole natural lifetime to come to a conclusion about God - whether there is one or not - and who his messengers are, if any. That's between a person and, if he exists, God. People change and grow over time. Some become religious later in life. Some leave religion later in life. Using force to bring people to religion, or any point of view, is immoral.) Jesus's approach as to how to deal with belief versus unbelief is way better than Muhammad's. Jesus's approach recognises the right of human beings to come to their own conclusions, unmolested. He wanted believers to tell others about the Gospel and move on, letting people accept or reject it as they will, establishing the idea that there should be freedom of conscience among human beings. One doesn't have to believe in a religion or in a god or gods to be able to rationally evaluate a religion's good points and bad points and to compare one religion with another.

Actually I could never live my childhood or my teenages... I was such a clever and successfull student but after high school I could not join college because the city was too far and if I went there I d be a whore, mum said. At 22 I got married with a man and moved to Europa. Now I m 35. I got rid of islam and scarf. My poor hairs are free after all those fucking years. I joined college and I'm now a psychologie student mum with 3 kids. If I could go back I would just run from that house, I d be a whore but I d do everything to get a good education in early ages. This is my biggest regret. Because I was so talented at many things. And my mum just killed my years. She killed my childhood, my youth and I was not powerful like a man. I was just an innocent little girl full of hopes being a scientist and doing important things. I'll never force my kids for religion. Edit: After 2 years, I'm about to graduate Univercity, working at a psychiatrie clinic, happy happy and still a nonbeliever:))

I was talking with my roommate from Pakistan about how Christians are so racist. He was proud saying that when Muslim men pray, they are shoulder-to-shoulder with other Muslim men, regardless of their skin color. I asked him about how women are treated in Islam. He had nothing to say. What amazes me is how people of other religions also think that they are peaceful.

Since I’m a very logical person, the logical side of me wants to be an atheist… but I cannot. I grew up Christian and became agnostic for a short period, I went through suffering so I returned back to my faith. I have to say, even though not everything makes logical sense to me, there really is a presence of God that comes forth when you lift up the name of Jesus. Fully accepting Jesus Christ and then worshipping His name really brings a peace that nothing else can compare to. Meditation doesn’t come close. Jesus is Lord. I really urge ex-Muslims to give true Christianity a try if they haven’t found fulfillment
