When I first heard this song on MTV in 2005, I was blown away.

I worked as a PA on this video. Randomly ended up smoking a cigarette with Meg, just the two of us. We chatted for a while, she was lovely, sweet, shy, and all dolled up in her costume. It was a great moment.

I saw Jack White at a PetCo in Chicago once.

So innocent & nieve lol. MTV is about youth pop culture & targeted marketing, it was never just about music. It's primary function was & still is to sell products aimed at the young people who watch it by advertising between videos/shows they like to watch. As pop culture changes so does the content, so do the adverts. If the advertising stops paying because they're no longer on trend MTV will disappear.

Blows my mind that this was a 2 piece band. Even live. Such a full sound.

This band rocked my world. Lots of the kids growing up with me were listening to such radically different things than this album. They didn’t understand it but I loved every second of it.

There is so much meaning and symbolism in this song and video, Jack White is really incredible

My girl just started learning drums, we are now learning every whitestripes song. I realize that I never really appreciated those songs as a kid, they kinda felt like stepping stones while learning guitar. Anyway, glad to be back after about 15 years.

I wish I could have been on set witnessing the team that created this. The art is beautiful. I remember watching this on mtv back when I had dial-up. I literally got a digital camera for my birthday and video taped this so I could rewatch it.

I really like this video since it seems to play with speed. It seems like a stop-motion at parts which is something like a short film that I'm going to make made out of images instead of video. It gives it a certain vibe which is freaky!
