I love this album and im fascinated about this type of north american music since i come from such a different culture. Really enjoyed and I listen everyday. Love the band and i wish they had more notoriety here in brazil

I heard this guy for the first time in January this year, never saw the show SOA so didn't know what an amazing soul I'd missed. I was hooked from the beginning. Saw him last week in Stockholm on his European tour. Have no words. Crowd was embarrassingly small, but the love in the air was amazing. Asked Jake for a photo before the show, he grabbed my phone and said he was good at this, then saw him walking around taking pics with fans after that. And what a show the band gave us. This is an incredible artist, along with his crew. A newfound love. I´ll never let go Jake, I´ll never let go 😄

Yeah... Unfortunately I did cut a good amount of footage before Jake sat down... Maybe I'll release that as a bonus video later on just for the die hard fans 😉
This album? A masterpiece. An amazing story sung by Jake. And by the way... nice interview. Congratulations, man. Nice job. Brazilian fans from The White Buffalo salute you.

@@BelgianJasper Excellent questions, by the way. You're clearly a fan. I'm a new pandemic fan, having binged SOA late and discovered his music. As a lifelong Cohen fan, Jake fills that void very well. I'd much rather listen to anything from Jake than millions of covers of Cohen. I can't believe anybody pigeonholes him with Country and I love how Jake ruthlessly dismisses the genre. 'My truck ran off with my horse.'

Really like the Interview, this guy has been one of my favorites for a long time. Really enjoyed his “In the Garage” series. Would love to sit down and have a beer or 3 with this guy, seems really down to earth.

Love pretty much everything Jake has done, but one bone to pick with him is his sentiments on Country music. What he described is "bro" country, which has totally demolished anything good about Country music. His first couple albums were quite Country in sound and feel. Traditional Country isn't about solo cups, tractors, and trucks. Country is murder ballads, life outside of the city, whiskey (didn't he write a song about a drug runner? He did. It's called Chico, and you could easily substitute moonshine for weed) so he's pigeon holing and entire genre without considering the history.
