This content is such a high quality. I’d challenge anyone to find more compelling, engaging off road adventure content anywhere in the world, on any media platform. The production and post production crew are absolutely smashing it out of the park. This particular vid beautifully edited with excellent voice over narration and lead ins. I’ve seen it up but I’m saving this up to view on Sunday night on my 84 inch OLED to do it justice because and iPad just doesn’t convey the scale of this vid. Excellent work people - absolutely magnificent stuff

@@AzventuresAustralia It's a usual fail point for 4wd24/7. Thanks guys. And thanks Calimino7 but that’s not needed. The truth is that I was actually on the way to commit suicide using my Rig ( loved it and was gonna die in it haha ) and crashed on the way to where I was headed. So it’s a sign I’m meant to be here and sort my shit out lol. And no I’m not seeking sympathy I just firmly believe that we shouldn’t avoid talking about mental health especially us blokes who keep it bottled up. Regardless even if I did get the money to get another rig because I crashed on a public road ( nobody else hurt, no property damaged only myself and my car) but the cops fined me and I lost my license for 12 months. Not the best help to overcome suicidal depression when you can’t even get out and drive lol they really know how to kick a guy when he is down. But I’ll get back up on my feet mate. And even if I had a rig atm I couldn’t use it and my son would be constant asking for me to take him wheeling when I can’t and I would be tempted by it daily haha. I appreciate your kind thoughts though. Your a good bloke.

Peter I hope you're doing better mate, that's pretty full on. I've heard a lot of blokes get over there depression buying a dirt bike and going for adventures, totally different to being in a cab of a 4b. You obviously have some bad shit going on in your life if you felt the need to end it, you need to figure out what is making you miserable and put steps in place to fix those issues, if it's a trauma from childhood, seek therapy, if it's a purposeless life, find meaning and even start working out. Maybe even a career change if that's making you hate your life, if you drink excessively or even smoke to much weed try and limit tour intake, youll be amazed how much better you feel after a few weeks. Sorry for my unsolicited advice but I'm just throwing it out there if any of this applies to you in case it helps. Best of luck mate

Hi Shaun , great adventure , . Like south Florida back in the 70’s lots of water just at end of the rainy season . Sadly most of Florida has been built up and not many places to ride off road anymore . A little cooking tip to pass around to your mates . 1 pan cooking I have a 10 inch cast iron skillet with a cast iron cover that I bake in and use as steamer . The secret is standard SS. Nuts and piece of 3/13 inch steel plate . For baking I put 4 nuts in the pan and the plate on the nuts . A little oil on the plate then your meat . If you want to some veggies , I make open envelope with aluminum foil put a little water in and put it in the pan next to the meat about 5-10 min before the meat is done . I cook stuff about 350 f so on the camp you shouldn’t need a lot of coals . Steaming is about the same , except I stack a extra nut under the plate and pour water in so it just touches the bottom of the plate . Steaming cooks things a lot faster , so if it’s a late night and you want a quick din steaming is the way to go . I have tried all kinds of meat steaming all has come out good . Both of these too different ways of cooking are nice also because you don’t have to mess with the food just and go do something else. You have to a bit careful when cooking on a camp fire with the baking at first . Well safe travels

Best back woods rotisserie; get a few long bolts, tack weld on some 90 degree prongs, cut and thread the ends of some food safe metal rod. Connect the rod to the bolts in whatever pattern is needed. Setup and breakdown is a breeze. Perfect backwoods roasting spit.

Just returned from my Cape York trip. OTT fav track. Not as wet as it was for you guys, but did semi solo, so prob just as freaky. Tracks had changed from seeing this vid, to the ones I drove 5 days ago. Best trip every. Everyone keen to help out if needed. 4WD community area great bunch of people, even if the gun goes off at 7:00 to wake camp up?? Found Logan's deeper than Nolan's.
