Lone Druid's Roar and Dark Willow's Terrorize work that way. SF's ulti and Muerta's Qmake enemy run in the opposite direction from projectile hit.

U smurf into herald bracket and rampage. Any good Medusa with half hp would know he can't win Muerta. But that mofo went head to head with her.
