The Special Tactics And Response (S.T.A.R.) Team is a special team within the Weld County Jail that specializes in responding to riot situations and dealing with inmates who create situations that present a high risk to themselves or others. Deputies who are a part of this team train frequently to ensure that they are ready to respond to any situation they may encounter. This video showcases some of those people.
