this bomb track hit me a lot in the feels. I realized I'm still not strong or mature enough yet to handle relationships, for all my past exes i'm dreadfully sorry for walking out in situations when i'm faced with my triggers, I just can't handle myself with emotions and I don't know how to face situations like that, I still have a lot to learn how to manage and control my emotions and how to deal with my triggers, maybe it's much better to face situations maturely from the get go. maybe i'm just really scared of myself if I ever said or did something in my anxious/depressive state. it's really a harmful escape mechanism to run away from yourself when society has exhausted you. I still have to heal from my demons in order to handle other people
