Anna, i couldn’t agree more on the original floorboards. We moved into a victorian house over 2 years ago now and were adamant to keep the original floor, regardless of the condition they were in. We had them refurbished, but the wood dust mixed with glue that was filling all the gaps started popping out in the winter. We continuously had cold drafts. Decided to insulate the floor, put engineer wood floorboards and never looked back!

RE: anti frizz products. I have wavy hair that gets frizzy when I let it air dry, so I've been using "the sheild anti humidity spray" by Amika and even though it says to apply before heat, i find it works wonders when applied to damp to dry hair. It is a chef's kiss kind of product for me 👨‍🍳💋👌

I completely agree KZread is the OG and will always be my fave! Btw Colour chronicles also do the ‘baby book of you’ which is specifically for their first year which I highly recommend

I have been using the JVN hair cream. My daughter and I really like it! We have also tried the scalp oil, and would recommend that as well. Love the channel and your videos. They kept me sane, and gave me something to look forward to during the pandemic. Happy birthday Ralph, and happy birthing day Anna!

Hi Anna, in regards to your hair. I’m wavy/curly and I’m loving using Flora and Curl products at the moment. Their curl activating lotion is lovely and is very nourishing. I apply it in the shower and comb it through with a wide tooth comb. Really helps me with my frizz. Xx

My hair stylist said this to me recently! Totally anecdotal but she said that since 2020 she has way more clients dealing with excessive shedding!

For postpartum hair loss, the Nutrafol supplements are pricey, but damn do they work. I hit rock bottom with hair loss and finally took the plunge and bought them, and within two months I wished I had bought them sooner!
