This week, Ms. Pat takes a seat in The Wayback! (The Ms. Pat Show on BET+, The Patdown with Ms. Pat podcast). Ms. Pat takes us way back down memory land to the 80s, and what is was like growing up in Atlanta. She talks about going to "white kids" summer camp, breakdancing contests, playing in fire hydrants, and messing around during church prayer lock-ins. Ms. Pat then gets nostalgic with Ryan about school meals, and how she had to whoop one of her friends with a lunch tray. Finally, Ms. Pat tells the story of how she was able to get her kids free front row tickets to see the greatest pop star in the world.

Ms pats best story is her working at McDonalds “n$&&- I know you!” And it’s president Carter in office at the time. I piss my pants laughing the way she tells that story.
This might be my favourite Wayback to date. Love a Ms Pat episode on anything, and you can tell how much Ryan admires her. Great episode y'all.

Ms Pat is great on everything. She has stories to tell for days, each one crazier than the next. The fact that she made it out of everything (poor, young mom, drug dealing) to become successful is an amazing story. It's not a path you would suggest for anyone, but it's those experiences that made her the comedian she is now.
Ms Pat = One of the funniest people on this planet.
Ms. P always is a good time. The best thing I remember eating from school was breakfast pizza. No pizza hits better than school breakfast pizza.
I remember kids filling those bags with air after drinking their milk and stomping them, they made the loudest pop and would silence the entire cafeteria 😂 thanks for that memory
Ms Pat is the tough love we needed from the Mom we never had
The good thing about Ms. Pat being on everybody’s podcast is that I get introduced to other shows and comics that I wouldn’t normally hear about.

I know it's the normal scheduled time length, but Ms.Pat could've kept going for an hour or more, telling funny stories, and I would've watched it all!!!😂😂😂😂

Bruh, I remember going to 4H camp just like Ms.Pat! 😂 It was all your friends and we was on our own ( besides counselors ) I remember doing the archery and everything!
As a 43 year old dude who as a kid grew up in the rural southeast Arkansas delta, in a 78% black town, 30 minutes from the Mississippi/Louisiana borders, Ms. Pat is basically family to me.
Ms. Pat is one of my favorites. Love her and Sickler together in this episode. Ain’t heard someone talk about hunchin’ in a minute!
