What if self-discipline is nature? Some people say, "don't stop yourself." I just say, "don't stop yourself from stopping yourself." First the mind says, "oo that's a beautiful woman." I say, "ok." Then the mind says, "hey, look away, you'll disturb your mind." I say, "ok." lol

Agreed! The amount of thought and emotion (energy) that we hold back is enormous. To be free, we have to let it come through (shakti) while fully aware of it (shiva). Shiva says to Shakti, "I see you and I love you without judgement." It's what every stuck emotion wants to hear.

Law of nature is once you settle with something(object of your desire) it moves on, it dissolves and you evolve. Be present.

I'm assuming that you are the truthful and brave one right? So truthful and brave that you don't have a real name or face that I can see. I could see if you were going to white supremacist channels (back when KZread had them) and don't want your employer to know or something. Before you start posturing like someone who has ARRIVED maybe start with something basic stuff

"Please stop staring, sir." Exactly this: Thought, emotion, and action are ONE MOVEMENT, once you are detraumatized. This way, no negative thoughts or feelings will be living rent-free in your brain. And your hormones/neurochemicals won't get out of whack.

Reminds me of what JD Krishnamurti was trying to get us to understand without feeding it to us. How frustrating that must be. Because you know that no one will fully understand until they come to the understanding by themselves because if someone tells you then you cling to that person for your truth.

yes, you speak good wise words here I've found through years of error that, for anyone, the general idea is to just accept who YOU are and what you prefer and to not fight your true nature.. that way you become liberated.. not by trying to be what other people tell you you should be any teacher who tells you you are bad to be YOU is just a controlling person not a teacher of liberation i personally see it as the universe created you because it needs you to be you lots of people tell us how we should be in life but we are best to try to listen to our own heart and our own intuition and do what we feel is right and best i hope that helps you in life.. just spend time thinking about what you keep on feeling you would love to do and then try to do what you feel is best to do in life and be caring to those we care about Best wishes to everyone for a good happy life and future from Rolland in Scotland

Namaste Acharya ji. This raises so many questions for me. How does one deal with conscience / the inner voice which creates a duality of mind and personality ? And is the realisation of total suffering in all addictions , no pleaure only suffering necessary for transformation? How does one proceed where the immediate experience is one of pleasure but the realisation in the inherent suffering of the self is also present ? And where does one locate social morality amidst all this ? Lastly , thank you so much for sharing with us your wisom acharya ji. I also find myself the happiest and most at peace when the awareness in only of the experience itself or a better way to put it would be as you said is only the experience remains and not someone who is aware of something, because that would again create a duality. But somehow this duality keeps cropping up and it leads to analysis and all sorts of ego conditioning and some more suffering.

Follow your inner guru. If he truly was humble. We would tell you to find out yourself. Best advice i can give is to follow your heart fully. Intuition allows flow of thoughts without friction. Every brain is unique but they all can be tuned to the flow of god. Let it happen, and flow. Happiness comes. That happiness in the polestar, the lighthouse. When it gets dark. You cant justify it. You want to come back to the light. That light is love. For example. Someone is very angry at someone. He feels darkness. Then he wants to be in the light again. So he says ok i am angry because this this this. Then it calms down and slowly the mind gets calmer and clear without feeling the need to fight. And love floods in and super clarity comes. That is the return to the light. But saying im angry angry too much and justifying fighting and being mean all the time causes heartache and pain and darkness, confusion ect. Take or leave
