This is more dangerous in winter (when it was shot) but the fish are bigger. If you're land based, try around Two Rocks north to Guilderton for big tailor.
Give All Boat Business a call and ask them about The Ute. It is a good boat for sure.

i was actually catching massive amounts of herring on soft plastics near the surface.
we fish at challenger for tailor and some nights we come home with 9 or ten good sized ones this is with 3 or 4 people

I fish in shoalwater with my fishing kayak by seal island and that good
I hate how QLD has smaller Tailor than you. I catch heaps but not much over 30cm
Why do you call them tailor? Those are bluefish.

why do you call them bluefish? they aren't blue seems like australia has better names for things then USA
thinking u should of used lighter gear? would be boring fishing that heavy
