Who needs two guitarist and a singer when you have ONE DANY. Best front woman ever in my opinion. The girls did a great job considering this was the final song after a 2+ hours gig. TW 4 life :)

Almost certainly the only time this song has ever finished with the singer blowing a kiss to the audience...

This performance was in Feb. 2019. The band resurrected "Atlas Rise" which they had played first in the basement "Cave" two years earlier and then promptly forgot how to play it. They learned it again and played as an encore gift for a Patreon audience that night at the Whiskey. What a great band!

Don't forget Dany, she is multitasking and doing amazing. Considering she sang most of the songs too for more than 2 hours straight, she still gives it all in this performance. Dany's energy like Pau is outta this world. Ale regardless how tired she was, she pulled through like a champ :)

Well, there it is. That was, and still is, the pinnacle if my musical life. Whenever Dany strummed the first few chords, I about fainted with excitement. I am so so glad I got attend that show. It was the best night of my life! (Excepting my wedding night)

k i love Metallica and heard this maybe 3 times before hear this cover.. yes i thought it was a rocking song BUT when I heard these young ladies play this i literally forgot what the Metallica version sounded like lol I mean come on Dany playing rhythm AND lead guitar and doing justice to the solos and Pau beating her kit like someone stole her boyfriend lol and Ale so steady on bass while still stalking the stage. and to think this was AFTER playing 22 original songs over 2+hours. you can really see how pooped Ale really is but the trooper she is .. keeps trucking. If im not mistaken they did this song for the OWNER or Manager of The whiskey because he loves Metallica, and this show got them a open invitation to play there any time their in LA

Such a killer performance,and they totally own this song now - in fact,I tend to think of this as a precursor to "Evolve" it just has that same vibe and intensity to it,it's just a shame that the mix wasn't tweaked a bit to bring Paus vocals upfront more - otherwise,my favourite live performance from these ladies....Oh,and I'd love to see Liliac try this one (Not really).

I've watched them play this song hundreds of times and it still gets me headbanging 30 seconds in. One of my favorite TW covers.

This was one of the best covers of this song I’ve heard. To think how exhausted they were at the end of the show that they did this is amazing. From what I understand they got off stage and just collapsed back stage they were so tired.

I love Metallica, but this is a far better version of the song. Perhaps I am biased, having had my head explode upon being present for this performance. True story, my head is now held together with duct tape (which is why I wear my Warning hat everywhere). 🤪

I like the earlier performance better because the audio is superior (Pau's mic especially) and they showcase Ale equally to Dany and Pau (which they don't in the Whiskey video).
