The band were interviewed when Ale was ten and she said she created her bass parts on piano then transferred them to bass.

Age really has nothing to do with it. It's if you understand musical scales & theory and how to compose. To be certain, there are rules, but once you learn them, then you get to learn to break them. I would not be surprised if Ale has it in her contract to have the mic volume low. But luckily she gets now more confident singing.

She sounds so much like Dany. Hope she wants to start singing lead more often. It would be great for Ale to take more pressure off Dany's voice on a long tour. Love you Alejandra!

The Fans love when Ale sings. we love when Dany and Pau sing also your guys are all very talented.

Not easy to play and sing at the same time. Ale really has a great voice and all three have such beautiful harmony. Watching The Warning grow like they are today is truly a gift. I stand by this, The Warning will be as big if not bigger than Iron Maiden!

I think it’s great anytime Ale sings lead. I know this was awhile back and her voice has changed and improved since then. When you hear Ale sing now, you'll notice she sings at a lower register and it works for the songs she sings lead on when needed. Obviously her voice isn’t as refined as her sister’s which is probably why she doesn’t like to sing lead vocals in the first place but she definitely has the potential to pull it off if she chose to. As ridiculously talented as this band already is, could you imagine the possibilities if Ale worked on harnessing the full power of her voice? For now, we’ll just have to enjoy the little gems she gives us with the occasional surprise lead vocals. 🤘🏼

me pasó lo mismo la primera vez que escuché un pedazo de esa canción, creí que era un cover y me sorprendí al saber que era canción original de ellas, sí es una gran canción me encanta como suena la guitarra y los coros.

Never seen this before, really cool to see an older video of Ale singing lead with good audio quality. It's amazing how much more confident she is singing lead now (even if she still doesn't like doing it) and how much her voice has changed since this was filmed. Thanks for sharing this.

This is my favourite Warning song. I love the way the melody descends through the verse, the guitar riff that sounds almost like liquid and the fact the lyrics don't rhyme(I think this method is called imperfect verse?). Also the counter-melody towards the end is another great touch and shows a level of sophistication that some bands who have been going for decades cannot think up.

I wish Ale would sing more.

Ale has a great voice its a shame we don't get to hear her sing more. I don't know maybe she's not as confident as Dany and Pau at taking the lead but I'm sure in time her confidence will build. I absolutely adore The Warning they are so talented

Damn!!! What can i say but even more impressed if thats even possible...

In 2023 Ale sings in pitch much better and is really nailing her back up vocals but she is shying away from singing lead. Dany and Pau are ridiculously good at it, The Warning are getting bigger, so Ale is more comfortable simply singing back up. But a really good bassist who contributes creatively, sings back up well, and has amazing stage presence, Ale is priceless.

Ale has a very sweet voice, though one can still hear a little bit of insecurity in it. I suppose she was 14 here (?), so I'm sure she's developed more strength and mike technique now.

Ale's definitely a stronger singer now, and it shows in her backing harmonies. She's still extremely self-critical about her own voice and that's why she prefers not to take a lead part. Hopefully she'll reconsider soon. What a joy it would be to see and hear her on her own song. Imagine all 3 sharing the vocal spotlight.

I know this is a while ago but Aly's voice is incredible. For harmonies and background support is amazing and gets better everyday. I just wish they had a sound guy who realized how important her vocals are. She's not the third in line her vocals and her voice are incredibly important. When I was a sound guy I'd love to have a singer like her who had perfect pitch. It would be a pleasure. Even on their modern live stuff now I still don't think she gets the microphone tuned in the way she deserves. Not a complaint just an observation because these ladies really know how to rock and roll!!

Lalo(sound guy) tries to turn her up, but she signals him to lower the volume. See the first two songs of the Tijuana 2022 concert. It is a 35 minute set and Lalo slowly increases the volume on her mic, but never gets to where it was at the beginning.

@@randymarple9830 Cool. Interesting. I'll go back and watch that Tijuana concert again. But she is wearing ear monitors so she only hears what's in her monitors. Which is a completely different mix for each musician than the main PA for the crowd. So she's probably signaling for her monitors in her ears to go down, maybe? Normally, if the vocal is too low in the mix a sound guy would turn her voice down slightly in her ears and her voice up in the PA. But it's almost impossible to tell because these are recorded on a camera or a phone and we're truly not getting the real-time mix at all. It's very interesting to listen and speculate. I used to be a sound guy and I just love these musicians and really want to hear her voice! 🤘🙂

I rechecked it just now and she is back by Pau's drum kit and signals Lalo and points to her mic and points down. I assume she is talking about her mic, because the next backup she sings is way lower.@@DonAshcraft

Absolutely! She is quickly becoming my favourite (even though I hate picking favourites). All three are amazing but something tells me that Ale’s popularity is about to explode. ⚡️

The fact she says she cant sing any but still bothers to learn the songs and manages to step up for Dany is pretty badass, dedication at its finest.

2018 she was 13. Would add another dimension to their music, if she would sing more often. Hopefully she will get more comfortable with it, like her vocal parts in Choke and Z.

It is probably how it recorded on my Sony Camera. In “The Cave” it was quite loud and they all sounded pretty even.

Would you be happier if There was no recordings of her at all? I Recorded this as a fan being let into there private space with my Camera. They could have easily said no to me. That being said, Ale as you may or may not know doesn't like singing lead and it has been few and far between up to this point. I quess we should be lucky with what we have up to this point. that being said, I have heard all of her other vocals and this video I took is about as clear and good as you are gonna get up to this point. Lets hope down the road she gets to shine the right way with a professional recording.
