En general hay como una chispa de rock en general que esta apareciendo, maneskin gano el eurovision con un tema super rockero, greta van fleet tuvo hace un tiempo un boom muy grande, the warning obviamente y ademas se nota como muchos artistas vuelven a meter un poco de rock en sus temas.

Ale I just want to congratulate you and your sisters on your rock and roll music. You have put faith back into me that Rock and roll will survive. You are an excellent bass player and I believe you will be up there with the greatest bass players one day. John Entwsiel of The Who would be very proud of your work on the bass. Keep up the great work .

Ale are clearly moving past her "teenage angst" and getting much more confident in her self. A 1 hour live stream with fans on her own should proof that. She actually got a lot smilarities to Megan Lovell, oldest sister in Larkin Poe. She's also feels a little reserved, while being a VERY talented musician and a good singer, that do really not like singing lead. Backing vocals are her thing. When Megan do speak in public, you get that she's pretty smart, but actually also funny.

@@genboyer , Dany showed to be very aware of Plush in her last stream. D, P, A probably have a bigger knowledge of what's going on these days in music than most of their fans. The Larkin Poe sisters are so talented its difficult not to be a fan and they got a very similar story as DPA regarding starting very early on a serious level. LP are just a decade ahead in the career, Rebecca and Megan have shown they know how you make it work in "rock" as siblings and females, while keeping full control on the career and getting success with it. LP really grow in success when they dropped the mainstream industry and went independent. I'm sure Rebecca and Dany could get a long talk about studio production. 😃

@@westmus - Thank you for that! I wish I were more connected to these social media streams; I always seem to miss the interesting ones. I've been following LP since 2017 and not a day goes by without listening to them. The Warning is now the same. I've been trying to imagine what songs these two bands could have fun with covering each other.

Damn, I had a feeling the tour was going to get postponed. I had purchased 2 meet and greet tickets for 2/4/2022 in Flint Michigan. I even cleared the night off work already. I'm not mad, I do understand. I'm just as soooo disappointed ! I was really excited about getting to meet these beautiful young rock princesses. Stay safe ladies, and I will hopefully be able to get the same tickets when the tour is re-scheduled.

It may be a one time and seldom on solo livestream but you are forever in our hearts Ale!

To make sure nobody is mistaken: you suffer from allergies and not from local substances☺. Your bass sound and play on Mayday is beyond fantastic and you will only get better; future looks bright. If i would have been live, I would have asked at least the following questions: 1 Is the band already writing songs for a new album, that will be released after the full Mayday album? 2 What is your current influence on writing songs and lyrics? 3 At this moment you do not want to sing lead, but do you agree that if you would open up to develop your singing skills and sing lead, this would open up a complete new dimension for not only the band as a whole, but also for Dany's guitar playing? 4 You, Pau & Dany are doing special meet and greets, but do you think you could convince Mony and Luis to do their own meet and greet so they can inform people how they were able to produce and raise such talented and beautiful children (it's almost a humanitarian question☺)? 2-3Go

I can offer a solution to Ale and her search for the tone to cut through, so she is more audible in the mix. This is a known issue in hard rock/metal music. She is already playing Spector basses and that itself is almost half the battle. I have played bass for a long time and had the same frustrating issue. The key for ***the bass sound to cut through in a mix*** is... Setting the bass and low middle frequencies clean (not distorted) and compressed. Then have the upper middle and treble (high) frequencies with distortion and not compressed. This will leave the fundementals of the bass mean and clean (distortion on low frequencies sound "farty" and muddy, that is why they should stay clean) while assing distortion to only the high frequencies will have the bite to cut through!!!🤘🤘

En realidad es complicados el cuidado con el bajó, por ejemplo si golpean mal las pastillas por excesiva fuerza o las pasan a llevar con golpes, puedes dañar los micrófonos. Hay otros que pierden la calibración por el mal uso.

I'm a fellow bass nerd, and would love to sit down with her to talk about bass stuff. I bet I would learn a lot.

She only use a pick when "forced". She perfer fingerstyle, but sometimes a song need the pick sound. See the old "Resistance" cover video on their cannel, 9 year old Ale use a pick, so it's nothing new for her just rare.

Hola, Ale. Por aquí te dejo un video que me encontré y que se me hace como que muy pero que muy didáctico para todo ser humano. Y con respecto a los instrumentos, como que sí está mal que nos enojemos de que los agarren, ¿no crees?; al fin de cuentas vienen siendo cosas materiales. Y hablando también de instrumentos, hay un músico, un guitarrista (Stevie Ray V.) que: él se paraba sobre su guitarra (no sé si lo hacía muy frecuentemente, probablemente no), pero entiendo que lo hacía netamente por pasión, y así se ve. No golpeaba su guitarra, digamos, de manera "loca" o rocambolesca, pero de repente sí le daba uno que otro porrazo, ja. Aunque en este caso es por mera pasión. Eso lo vi en su concierto, o presentación "El Mocambo", y es uno de mis guitarristas o músicos favoritos. Pero bueno, que estén muy bien. Buenas noches, o Buenos días.
