You didn’t mention the details for Egypt’s refusal of allowing Palestinians through the border. As soon as Israel declared war, they and the US tried to convince the Egyptian government into allowing Palestinians to “reside temporarily” in Sinai, even offering to negate all external debt. However, if they are allowed passage, a new resistance organisation would arise that would, not only endanger the lives of Egyptian civilians in Sinai, but also attack Israeli forces from their positions. This would give Israel the perfect justification to attack Egyptian lands while the government would have no right to defend or reprimand. The Egyptian prime minister’s speech was hinting at this possibility. The Egyptian government isn’t allowing Palestinians out of inhumane treatment (they have been the primary suppliers of medical aid and food etc. to the people of Gaza in the Arab world), but it is because doing so would further escalate the conflict and undermine the cause of the Palestinian civilians.

Sorry but he didn't State any fact's! Or the actual reason These country are going against Israel, ISIS, Al-Qaeda and Many other terrorist groups whos roots is connected and uniform under one alternative motive! Also why would iran have a problem with Israel before they keep trying to occupy these arab countrys Land!! Also nobody talks about the outrageous facts of 40 Years of sanctions against iran after the revolution which CIA confess to making it happen.. and 11 months later supporting Saddam to attack iran right after the revolution then their was constant invasions or attacks from ISIS, al Al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups against iran who just didn't want to support Israel and western super powers against the neighboring arab countrys where 30 million iranian kurdish ppl live as well. it seems like Israel and westerns powers have their own plans for West Asia specially the neighboring lands next to Israel which iran isn't one of them so that automatically put away the narrative of iran wanting to become the regions super power unless they want to push that narrative!! Despite everything i don't support Irans government for helping Arab countrys but am not blind to all the events going on around the world including the ones in American.

The really most important fact is that Isreal has always been the ISREAL-ites land, hence why the have always been called "Isreal-ites" and Palestinians always trying to take it over spanning over from thousands of years ago. Its always been the Jews land inherited from God himself and the jews have always been the ones exiled and fighting for their God given land back since the start thousands of years ago, and in 1947 the prophecy was fullfilled that they would be re established as a nation. Its not Palestinians land. Do you know why they fight so hard over such a irrelevant seeming piece of land?? It goes way deeper into supernatural reasons. In malaysia, most Malay language tv channel just glossed over Hamas atrocities committed on Oct 7. They interviewed Palestinian aid organization members, they ran news without even fact checking facts or waiting for new facts(eg The Al-Ahli hospital attack, the video about evacuating cars getting "bomb"). Heck, they don't even bother to update the news with new info or make a correction at all. I suspect the government have a hand in what they want people to watch, considering the fact that they just run the news about "2 swedish national shot in Belgium" with this exact headline, no mention of the perpetrator's nationality or religion affiliation at all. Mind you I'm a muslim, I personally think it's stupid to cover up/or not even bother to show us, the muslim populations in this country any act of violence that were perpetrated by a muslim towards a non-muslim.

Also Hamas has a clear objective to clear Jews from “River to the Sea” as said in Interviews from Hamas leaders. Let’s also not pretend like any Muslim countries have any Jews or matter of fact any diversity of any type. Israel is more alike then those countries of hate, everyone in the West who supports these terrorist groups would also be the first to get targeted if the chance was there.

I’ve always supported your content Johnny and I appreciate the attempt at a neutral approach, but I was disappointed to see you avoid mentioning the Palestinian death toll at the time of making this video (currently 11,000+, including 4000+ children and 3000+ women). It would have painted the picture a lot more clearly as the battle is ongoing, and the death toll is only increasing on one side at the moment. While on the other side, Israel has just officially revised down the Israeli death toll from 1400 to 1200 from the Hamas attack. This shows that the credibility of figures is questionable on both sides and thus if at all to be mentioned, they must both be mentioned. I believe it dehumanizes Palestinians when figures are not clearly and accurately reported for both sides, and thus not providing a just and fair representation of the situation.

Palestinian death toll numbers are everywhere, everyone is watching the news. The point of this video is to educate people about the growing war threat. Plus the Israeli death toll is still countable, Palestinians are still being killed making this toll infinite. He has used the word "skyrocketing". Sometimes we need to focus on the bigger picture than to complain about comparatively smaller issues (like the right death toll numbers)

And of course, the main ally of the global hegemon is treated completely different than states opposing US influence like iran. Who none the less signed a treaty promising and allowing controls that they wont build one. Which all parties including the controllers said they kept to. Whatever country is bothering Iran, gets their rebels armed and a good long civil war started. ( Houthis in Yemen undermining the US/Saudi Arabian friendly regimes and Al Qaeda/ISIS in Syria weakening the Assad government for the United States) Russia learned as well. Using Wagner Group to supply and train the Republics in Donetsk to break away from the US installed Kiev regime. Just like contractors like Halliburton, Triple Canopy or Blackwater did a lot of the kinetic dirty work for the DoD.

It wasn't a mistake. This entire video is a masterclass in subtle propaganda that appeals to you by appearing to be objective and "only about the facts" He didn't mention that Israel bombed the Rafah crossing several times after Oct. 7. Nor did he mention Israel's specific threats that they gave out beginning Oct. 8 that they would bomb any aid trucks attempting to leave from Egypt to Gaza. Nor did he mention the several times since that Israel bombed aid trucks and even an ambulance convoy attempting to make the cross. Nor did he capture the very obvious implications from the fact that Israel is even in a position to **let** humanitarian aid in through the south passage. Nor did he capture Egypt's concern that if they allow Palestinians to all exit into Egypt, it's more than likely that Israel would then seize the vacant Gaza land and never allow them to return as they have been doing gradually for over the past 70 years - Thus by not mentioning any of that, this video intentionally painted a picture that the ONLY reason Gazans can't flee south is because "Egypt doesn't like them or want them." He mentions the exact number of Israeli's reported to be killed on Oct 7, yet nowhere mentions the numbers of civilian deaths since Oct 7, of which now are more than 10x than the number of Israeli deaths reported. Just a few weeks ago this channel released a video with extensive coverage of what's happening in Myanmar to the Rohingya people, and in that video there were no punches pulled when naming it a genocide. They used wording such as "Extermination campaign," "Killing indiscriminately," "Horrific acts of violence," "The rampage was widespread and systematic." Compare that to in this video, he can't even outright say that Israel is committing war crimes, but instead says "SOME at the UN are calling Israel's actions POTENTIAL war crimes." The verbiage used in this video only paints Palestinians as "people caught in the midst of a war," and not a people who are actively being exiled for good. Apparently to this channel, they see a big difference between burning down villages and turning entire city blocks to craters of rubble with US-made munitions. Also notice how the graphic at 3:10 shown a couple times figuratively paints a picture that the IDF "must cut through Gaza civilians if they want to beat the bad guys" or "the bad guys hiding behind civilians." More 'human shield' imagery to excuse Israel for bombing numerous targets that have not at all been proven to be remotely related to Hamas militants outside of IDF statements and misleading videos. I could be entirely wrong. Maybe they're purposely skirting around naming a spade a spade because they feel there are forces on the internet who'd take this video down, and perhaps the whole channel down, for plainly stating what is happening in Gaza. At any rate, I am really tired of seeing so many news outlets and so many journalists from the west, ones that I thought were neutral and good sources of perspective, so blatantly cave in to the propaganda on this specific conflict, the conflict that's been the most widely reported-on and widely focused on for this generation in the west. My vision of the press - that is being the people at forefront shining a light on atrocity even in the midst of scrutiny from their own governments - has been shattered from this conflict as I've realized that those forces are seemingly much too powerful for even modern-day journalists to go against.

I loved this video and your motion graphics were great. I have one recommendation. This may be a personal complaint though I'd still like to share. The color choices for your map graphics were a little confusing for me. It was hard to tell what the focus of what you were talking about was. If I could explain it better I think I wanted to naturally focus on the darker colors in your maps but you used lighter pastel blues to bring focus to areas of interest. It confused me a bit. Maybe that is just my brain so take it with a grain of salt. I would have switched the darker color you used for bodies of water with the areas you wanted to bring attention to. I only leave constructive criticism on videos I truly enjoyed so hopefully it comes across as a compliment! And it's not a script or content criticism just something that would make it easier for me to watch it!

@@abdelrahmanmohammed-abdofa4286I mean there is no problem admitting civilians into the land and granting them equal rights. But the problem is the moment Israel gives away land to the Palestinians, those lands will be used by Hamas or other militant groups to attack Israel. The whole reason why they occupied the West Bank and brought in settlers to change the demographic is to reinforce their borders and protect their state. If Hamas had total control over the West Bank. Not even the Iron Dome system would be able to protect Israel's major population centers like Tel Aviv. I'm not justifying Israel's action I'm just pointing out the reason. As long as the other side won't recognise Israel and keep attacking it, the Israelis will be more on the offensive. This whole war is messed up and of course Palestinians have been the ones who have suffered the most. But it's high time they find an efficient leadership who thinks long term rather than Hamas who only cares about sowing chaos.

The wording in this video is not neutral, you are clearly emphasising Isreal political stance although they are participating in an illegal occupation and are actively trying to destroy Palestinian's. Palestinians are being disproportionately killed. over 17k Palestinian's have died in this conflict and over 5k innocent children. This conflict started before oct 7th, and Hamas is a resistance group fighting against Israels illegal occupation of Palestine, calling them a terrorist organization is hihgly misleading and plays into western islamaphobic rehtoric of middle easetern courntries. You have left out critical information which minimises isreals role in this genocide, such as how the massacre of October the 7th was also further escalated by IDF helicopters who shot at Israeli civilans. Zionism does not = Jewish and supporting Palestine does not make anyone anti-jewish or anitsemite, this is biased reporting in every shape and form, you have left out information about the ways that the US has aided and abeted Israelis actions as its biggest supporter, why have you not mentioned how the US has sent over $260 billion dollars to Israel, the US has for decades sent weapons and arms to Isreal supporting its illegal occupation and war crimes. 'armed to the teeth' is the lingo you use to describe lebanon, although you fail to describe how Israel has over $650,000 highly trained personnel. your painting a picture with the words you use. what qualifies Hamas as terrorists and Isreal not? what of the millions of displaced people because of Israelis actions? what of the thousands of dead?

Now I don’t if to trust him with other conflicts around the world that I don’t know anything about. Israel is now 2 weeks into the ground invasion and he is talking about it like it didn’t happen yet. He missed the part of where hezbullah already lost over 70 fighters from Israeli strikes and the few anti tanks missles they fired into Israel before each Israeli attack. Hezbullah is a harder war but they don’t hide under civilians which makes it a little easier then Hamas. Hezbulla of course can still join but for now they’ve only been bothering Israel but are showing that they don’t want a conflict with Israel. Yemen have the ability to get to the southern part of Israel but aren’t a real threat to Israel. The US already sent a lot of troops into the region including 3 fleets of aircraft carriers, which one only one of those can almost wipe out hezbulla. Iran like he said don’t join this war but use weaker organizations to “bother” Israel.

You very confidently said 1400 isrealis were killed, any loss of life is tragic, however, you should have mentioned a disclaimer that those figures were what the isreali government have stated and cant be taken as truth, many of the 1400 deathes were by the idf's own shelling, making the death toll much higher and pointing blame a resistence geoup which may have done some terrible actions, but which suffocated resistence group doesn't (not agreeing with their actions). As you have a great story telling capability, it was a shame to see a lot being glossed over and repetition of many terms echoed in the media which is dishonest and further peddles a propaganda fooling the mass from the truth. I hope you can give an honest, nonbias view, right from the start, when this all started, over 80 years ago, tell the story, be honest to yourself and everyone lending their ears, they atleast deserve that much, as we look at history and qusstion how people could have been so cold blooded, heartless and savages, yet we see it happening today - in the internet & social media years, we turn our heads and pretend nothings happening, pointing fingers whilst we cover up the genocide taking place or try justify it, being frightend of being labeled, when only reporting the facts. How? He didn't even pose a stance he just presented the facts of the conflict. This is a conflict where there are NO WINNERS. Neither side will budge because both have been wronged and hold eternal grudges.

Unlike something such as BreakThrough News which is obviously biases, this was pretty unbiased

Understanding it requires more than just acquiring an outlook of the "broader context" but more importantly, a historical depth. Imho, this is a shallow exposition of the matter, I'm not sure if it's even an exposition, maybe not; thank you for making that clear, please do a part II.

Why doesnt this guy mention it is ethnic cleansing? Instead of blaming egyptians for refusing to take Palestinians in. Removing a people from a land is ethnic cleansing. Nothing less.

Next video: why the world is excited about Israel's new map. PS. Johnny will never make that video. He will observe silently because it's too complicated to pick a side. Then 100 years later a future johnny will upload the video titled: how the US stole Palestine

Ppl in the war & ppl who’re not really need to call on the lord & need to pray, try not to be scared & trust in God & then praise him for all that he’s done & when the war stops. These wars just need to stop! We all really need to pray to God to step in‼️🙏
