having the cnc router in a different room with sound-proofing will probably make it a lot nicer to work there. What do they call 2x4s in metric countries? Obviously Americans call them 2x4s because they're 1.5 by 3.5 imperial inches in cross-section. Are your wall studs 38x89mm? It seems like 40x90 would be easier to work with. What about 4x8 plywood?

Hi, yeah the cnc and dust extractor in its own insulated room will e a good solution :) The 2x4 is called "2tom4" where "tom" means inch. Buuut in the shop it is called 48x98 construction timber. So I use 48x98 in my walls :) The big plywood sheets we get here in Norway is 1200x2400mm. So studs in walls are c/c 600mm, all types of wall sheets use this standard

@@WillysGarageNorway So Norway has real 2 by 4s! I love that. I don't think I ever saw real 2 by 4s before.
