Well my Dad was a big fan of his Dad and I grew up listening to Bob but when this song came out I did not have an expectation he be his Dad anymore than I expected myself to be my Dad he just had an obvious similar interest and talent it was a good song in it's own right and he was nice looking too we got his blue eyes and dark hair on MTV in full colour whereas Bob was just black n white in his day not as dramatic for tv audiences to appreciate. He has a certain poetry about him too but I don't think he is trying to BE his Dad and he knows he's from a different time and place.

Many of their songs and other 90's bands never got air play due to syndicated radio stations that only play classic rock from a corporate play list, and play the same 50 or songs on what is called a NO REPEAT WORK DAY, and eight hours later play it again.

Love this version!!!!
Amazing version. He only missed one note. Not bad for an acoustic rendition. Just beautiful. And he's so EASY to look at 😇

Absolutely nice version!!! Jacob and Co rulezzz.
I love it! It’s vocal acting. Great style. It has a vibe to it like a dear departed friend…Warren Zevon. I’m liking this!
This is a lovely version
I just love these lyrics .
Oddly everyone is amazing besides our singer
Karalho, fico muito Show Parabens Congratulations
Wow he took this song to another level.
I love this. Still, I hear the slide guitar, but it's never shown in the video. Saddens me that it may have been added later.

This version rivals anything his dad did at the same age...yeah...pile on...I still think so...

What a sweet warm voice great song like father like son
А с пианино, очень хорошо получилось.
great piece
Linda canção linda.
2022 and I still love this song.

Ilda Depiante toda via estamos carentes de qualidade musical :(
Many of their songs and other 90's bands never got air play due to syndicated radio stations that only play classic rock from a corporate play list, and play the same 50 or songs on what is called a NO REPEAT WORK DAY, and eight hours later play it again.

I'm so sick of these radio stations. They are like being fed gruel.
Piano player amazing
Muito bom!!!!!
This song is just as good as anything that his dad wrote and if you told me Bruce Springsteen wrote it I'd believe it.Super Great Song!!!
You can see the inspiration from his fathers music. Awesome band!

Hi, can you tell me what this video is from? You said you have a dvd of it?
The way he sings on this version sounds quite a bit like a young Bob!!
OMG!!! si antes me gustaba.. en acustica esta mucho mejooor !!!
Rami is the shit on keyboards. He’s with Foo Fighters now.
No hay duda, lo que se hereda no se hurta...
Not quite unplugged but a great slow version giving it a new feel good job!
I love this song so much. I like others too, but this is my fave. Wonder if Jakob has heard of Barns Courtney? Now that would be a dream tour right there.
Good version.
Right On...
