R.I.P. The Walkmen :( never got a chance to see them live, and watching this makes me regret it even more.

One of the best voices of my generation, this band have meant so much to me.

Blue as Your Blood is so well done. All of it is a testament to this band's ability to play live with more passion in Matt Barrick's pinky finger than most other bands put together.

i never tire of listening to the Rat ever since 2004, It was the first I heard of them.....

The vocals, the drums, guitar, keyboards...each one of them seem to be waiting their turn to slice your soul, to crush it.

Great post for a fantastic band. I was lucky enough to have seen them four times in concert before their hiatus. Each time at the end of their shows I always had the feeling of wanting to relive the experience as soon as possible. The last time I saw them was the Saturday following Thanksgiving (US) 2013 and was aware of their impending break from playing as a full band. I have enjoyed the solo releases from 3/5ths of the band's members but hope for the day of their return to playing, if not making, music together. In the meantime, I will enjoy viewing videos such as this one. A fantastic performance, for sure.
