Shane’s rants are some of the best. Peak TWD was Seasons 1-6 for me, especially Seasons 2, 3, 4, and 5

One of mine is the clear episode where morgan tells Rick what happened to Dwayne. Lennie's acting was so amazing. How he saw red. I memorized his whole dialog.

Season 1 Episode 1- Rick is looking for the bicycle girl walker to put her down, while Morgan is trying to put his wife down with the rifle from the window. Bear McCreary’s score in that scene (The Mercy of the Living) is so haunting and eery it makes me contemplate life. That scene hooked me.

For me Season 2 is underrated, the Barn scene with Sophia as a Walker as well as Shane vs Rick scene with Walker Shane being put down by Carl at the end as well as This isn’t a democracy anymore, damn Season 2 was so good!

I’ve always defended here’s not here. Easily one of my top 12 fav episodes of the show. I think it’s hated on because of where it was placed in the season tho, having appeared right after Glenn’s supposed dumpster death. So people were so upset over that, that they gave here’s not here hate for no reason

Anytime Morgan’s on screen you already know it’s gonna be a peak Walking Dead scene. Especially in the first five seasons when he’d show up once or twice every other season

I came across your channel a few weeks ago and I love your Walking Dead videos. I agree with so much of your takes on the series.

I often miss Rick so when i do i hit these highlights; when they take the prison for the first time, when Rick kills Garreth from Terminus, when he kills the Claimers, Joe especially, and definitely the moment right after when he declares Daryl his brother, when he goes on killing rampages especially the one after Carl lost his eye and when Rick & Michonne became a couple. That's a few of my favorite Rick-centric moments. Of course i have others of the show in general but those are the ones that come to mind first.

Fun fact: the season 6 Blu-ray includes the uncensored version of negan's introduction/ speech, the season 5-8 blu-rays each included a few uncensored Extended Cut episodes.

Parish is awesome.

Ngl you should do an underrated episodes of Twd list because an episode like “Here’s not Here” is something I’ve always loved but the fandom hated on first watch mainly because they wanted to know what happened to Glenn after 6x3

Id probably put 10x7 "open your eyes" genuinely one of the last truly good episodes of TWD, season 10 and 11 had a lot of bad episodes, this one I think gets overlooked way to much

For me an underrated episode is "What happened and what's going on" 5x9. I like what they did with Tyreese's death, with all the hallucinations. To me it showed that Tyreese finally realized that all that was left in this new world was evil. In the end he was surrounded by fucked up people and people who had died in fucked up ways. He saw that only bad people were left in this world and even those who were good would eventually resort to barbarism (Like he saw in the church where Rick and the others brutally killed the Termites). And if there were truly good people left they would always end up dying anyways (Like what happened to Glenn and Jesus etc.) Basically he died knowing that there was no humanity left in this world.

I just thought of another random ones but should have been saved for Rick grimes is when Tyreese is hallucinating and we actually get the govenor actor to have him in fever hallucinations shouting old govenor lines towards Tyreese. was like HOLY SHIT WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN! When I saw that. Johnny depp being a severed head was pure poetry. Negans Vampire bat line. Rick boping to the music and Daryl being annoyed by it.
