This show has been surprisingly good. Don't change anything keep it simple and keep the focus on Negan. It works.

It was nice seeing Simon (Steven Ogg ) again.

I completely agree it felt very out of character for Simon of all people to be berating The Croat for torturing children. Only two episodes left!! Wonder what’s up with Hershel? Will Maggie find him as a walker?

I think we may be getting another season, because this episode & next week’s episode seems to be world building of New York next week they are introducing more island tribes and leaders so we could be in for a situation where Maggie much like Rick when he was suppose to return for Morgan he was unfortunately kept getting pushed out further away , so If we get another season it will be about her and Negan continuing on to try to find Herschel

We needed one more fake out death. Right on par with the only ones who lived practically a horde was the main characters.....once again... this show needs to be put to bed

She was about to confess that she's been feeding the croat information and this was all a trap. That's why she jumped in the taxi I was about to leave. If it wasn't for Jeannie Maggie wouldn't even have been there.

Negan letting that guy live who just stupid. The old Negan would have killed him, then killed the other guy.

I think Luther was the mole and told the Croat that they were coming which is the real reason he did not like the idea.

Simon can't talk. Ocean Side's killings was all on Simon, he killed the men & boys so shut up Simon. Can't wait to see this epi!!!

I'm beginning to wonder if Simon killed the Oceansiders after all. Maybe it was Croat. I'd also like to know how exactly the Saviors define "kid". Are they like the Governor with his "adolescence is a modern invention" thing?

Well, when we first meet hilltop, they say the saviors killed a 16 yr old kid there too so we know they killed kids in almost every group lol. It's a big hole in the plot amd the new Negan they are trying to fix but they are not doing a very good job

Well, it actually doesn’t make much sense. Negan, was 100% ready to kill Carl. And Gavin, literally did nothing to Jared after he killed Benjamin. But kick him out of the kingdom group. So they basically eventually break their own rules

I enjoyed this episode but I thought it would be odd for Maggie to confess about the dino toy at that moment. Also, it seemed too easy for the group to get into the stadium but the Croat’s trap more than made up for that issue in my mind.

I think the young girl that helped the Croat play the CD music (that summoned the walkers), may have been from the group that the Croat met years ago at the fire station. Didn't the Croat say in a past episode that he and his family (wife and kids) took shelter in a fire station, and the Croat went out to look for supplies, but when he got back to the station, his family had been eaten/cannibalized by another group? This young girl may have been part of that group and the Croat took her.

He and his family was in a post office, that was pre Negan. The girl was with a "group of barbarians" fighting the Croat, the girl surrendered.

Why not go into the fight cage?. gives you the ability to pick them up off one by one. Without being surrounded. The evolved walkers don’t appear to be an issue.

Excellent ep. The only negatives: being nonchalant about Luther, Tomasso surviving that swarm, Negan teleporting from behind Taxi, & everything about the methane has bothered me the whole time.

Maggie treating negative the way she does will always be 100% justified forever until she thinks otherwise. I know how he implied how she probably killed many husbands but I'm guessing non of those people had to watch their husband get his head bashed on the mud while being pregnant.

The episode arena fight reminded me of dead rising terror is reality lol

Reminds me a little of Chemo the Savior who Rick shoots in TWD in the outpost massacre that Rick does to help Hilltop for food.

Hey Brian I loved the episode I think Simon was just saying tha Infront of negan cus he and Arat killed kids at Oceanside

That flashback scene was great I can see that whole thing again as an episode for it's own show and Simon calling the croat a Slovak psychopath nut job is funny because Simon orders the death of all men in a oceanside. Hearing the savior whistle again gave me a tear in my eye. Also when the croat said about the saviors and hilltop, the kingdom and Alexandria overthrowing the saviors and he wish he was there during the war would be a great what if episode because we know what he is capable of in torture. Great episode

Maggie burn that kids dinosaur teddy so I see how they are the same at this point

Simon killed the men at Oceanside not Negan.. and describe kids because to me kid is the age of being a toddler and I never seen Negan kill a kid

YES!! Simon cameo came to beautiful fruition ❤ Knew it was coming and still didn’t expect it first scene and all. Loved the episode. Now I’m officially invested in the villain that is becoming the Croat. It’s like FTWD children Padre storyline done properly! At one point when they were on the street with the walkers going by looked like they were moving a little quicker too? Did anyone think the same? (might’ve been tripping) and the ‘Lurkers’ 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was not impressed with that one. That last shot of Mags disappearing down to the sewers was nice. 8/10 maybe 9/10 if only for Trevor 3.0 😂😂😂

I don't know why they didn't kill the track lurkers, it was almost the same as the meridian story...

It didn't make sense to me why he would blow up the doors to his god damn base. Flooding his safe haven with walkers. Its not like he knew they were being invaded. Wtf is going on?

Imma be honest, I quit after episode 2. Small nitpicks just forced me to sign out. Maggie and Negan climb a ladder up an elevator shaft, make a couple of turns to zipline out the window, oh no, walkers are hot on Maggie's tail as if they climbed the shaft too.. Then, the Marshall walks down a street and breaks into a ground floor apartment, oh no, walkers are hot on his tail, so he climbs out a window and then, climbs down a ladder... From a ground floor apartment 🤔😐.. I just couldn't focus after that, even with Negan decimating that dude atop the balcony.

It was Luther's. Near the beginning of episode 3 when Luther is stripping the deer, Negan asked him if he could borrow some for his cuts and Luther said "nope." So, after Negan killed him he just took it.

@@pbrennan_ Yeah. Croat wasn’t there during the events of season 6-8. He was banished before the first year even ended. Negan said “12-15 years back” was his time running things.
