Can we take a second to admire that not only did they get the voice actors together to sing along, but they fact that they all have great voices? I always thought it was two different voice actors, but I’m blown away they all can sing.

From what I can tell, a lot of voice actors are also trained in singing. I don’t know if that’s expected in the industry or just because of the theatre kid energy, though

@@monochrome3619 Sometimes when people do voice acting, their singing voice as the character (or in general) is not very good. An example of this is in the movie Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Chris Sarandon (The normal speaking voice of Jack Skellington) did not have a great singing voice (or as they say he doesn't) and so for all the singing in that film, it was done by Danny Elfman (Who is additionally the voice of Barrel and the composer for the movie and many other Tim Burton movies). ​@@thomasrodacker1191most of the time when you get a singing standee it's because the network wants either a more famous name or because the voice artists singing voice doesn't quite match what they're looking for. It is very rarely because the voice artist cannot sing.

It’s because Jim Cummings, the voice actor for Pete, did a LOT of voices for some major characters from the late 80’s through the 2000’s. He’s still at it, but he was at his peak in the 90’s (Tail Spin, Winnie the Pooh, Lion King, Bonkers, etc).

We missing daisy rn… (and clairabelle and professor and Pluto and chip and dale and…)

I met Jim Cummings and Bill Farmer back in 2014 and, let me say, they're both absolutely the sweetest people ever. Jim is also the voice of Pooh Bear and Tigger, so he spoke in both their voices when he met me.

My best guess is because Daisy didn’t come out until 6 years after Donald did. Mickey & Minnie in 1928, Goofy in 1932, Donald in 1934, but Daisy didn’t debut until 1940. I think that’s why she’s usually left out of things (I play the Dreamlight Valley game & she’s not in it, either.. yet).

Even if Daisy isn't there it's still good, and incredible singing.
