Oh finally..... I was actually waiting for you to see these type of music from Punjab. The Punjabi music you have seen so far has been commercial and pop-ish . But this is the heart and soul and the base of all the singers in Punjab.(Pakistan as well as india ) . And there are more also ...I am sure you would love it . But the thing is these are not "popular" or "commercial trendy" .but these are gems

They are not talking about any different ragas and stuff, they're saying that people from Punjab have a different/unique Timber and way of singing by which you can recognize a Punjabi song without even knowing the language, no-one is comparing the talent of any state/language.🤡

@@kraken5537 yes they all are from India, but particularly from Punjab and no one can deny the fact that Punjabi music is unique in it's own way, don't need to bring patriotism in everything. Punjabi music has its own unique style like others, that's why I pointed that out.

India has so many great singers you guys no idea. Sadly bollywood don't give work to singer like Master Salim sir. Sadly not many gen Z people don't know them.

Actually when you talk about talking about the body then you must keep the climatic conditions of that region in your mind. Cause the ppl from cold places will use less of body while talking as due to cold they are accustomed to keep their hands in pocoets or near body and Body movements are also lesser. While ppl from hotter weather regions will keep their hands free and will use them while talking. Same goes with the body movements.

I think he is the man who will be part of our literature in future and people will remember him like we remember waris shah, shiv kumar Batalvi and Nusrat fateh ali khan .He is Great singer but the level of his poetry is far beyond their understanding even for us sometimes it is like he is literally speaking some alien dialect. They can appreciate it at some levels unless the English subs are great enough to do justice to his mastery.
