Right! Blocking robs the contestant from choosing one of the coaches, possibly the one they wanted most.
I seriously love Jarle’s face expressions. Especially the one he makes in Joakim’s blind
part of why I like the Norwegian version is there is no blocking. blocking is about "building controversy and drama" not about the voice.

I don't know much about Norway the voice but what i do know is ibn mogensen melted my heart
1 Que lindo ver ele cantando com uma calma e segurança demais! 2 Uma voz grave e que desenvolveu a música de forma belíssima. 4 Amo ouvir uma música calma e tranquila, muito bem interpretada. 6 Não tem como não comentar da voz dele que é de uma pureza e tranquilidade enorme. 9 A linda apresentação dela valorizou e muito a canção. Amei! 11 Adoro esta música e a atuação dela nesta música foi mágica. 12 Que coisa mais linda uma voz neste tom e uma música que acompanha o talento da cantora. 13 Mais um clássico do John recebendo uma releitura desta música e muito bem interpretado. 15 Ah a Tina ouvindo esta performance sensacional desta moça a sua canção que fez tanto sucesso. Linda! 16 Esta música e lindíssima e ele cantou dentro de sua releitura e ficou bela mesmo!

They were good vocally they just didn't put any edmotion into their vocals . They were vocally on point just no emotion.
