This is modern day,our monarchs must respond to new developments in the society maintaining old practices when contemporary situation demand something different is taking us back,the more the visits in no particular order the better.Oba Aderemi visited Benin and presided over meeting of the traditional rulers in Oyo, Abeokuta and Benin,ile Ife, it's okay.All of them knows Ooni is number 1. During Oba Sijuwades reign he visits many Oba's regularly responding to the challenges of the time.

Oodua always stays in Ife anyway! His Arole or Olofin Adimula (the great abore) can travel, can be seen, the days when he doesn't travel are gone forever. Ooni heads the Yorubas, a supermassive group of 43 million strong in Nigeria alone. Ooni is doing his job as permanent co/leader with the Sultan of Sokoto of all Obas, Olus, Igwes, Sultans, and Emirs in Nigeria.
