Then you are beautiful Mashaallah, keep going. I understand It can be difficult in this day and age people laugh at such a quality I used to be called frigid always.
It's so sad that today's society looks down so much on shyness. Thank you brother for the informative video. May Allah reward your efforts greatly. Ameen.
I have always been shy since I was a kid now I know that is a gift from Allah SWT .
Yarabi i thought i had a problem masha Allah its a gift from Allah
i'm described as a shy person, but overtime I used to hate hearing it, as it was used as something negative, it was only few years ago that someone said that shyness protected me from soo much which when i thought about it was true, and now its a trait that i love about myself. this lecture really has benefited me a lot. After Allah swt, i thank ustadh for doing this topic and May Allah swt increase him in beneficial knowledge

Same, but my family hated that about me. Somali community is very extroverted and someone shy and keeps to themselves is conceived as weak and sick in the head.

this video affirmed me so much, barakallahu feek 🥺 i used to feel ashamed of being shy but my shyness brought about nothing but good for me. & not being shy caused me grief. shyness is actually a huge key!

Shyness is not weakness. I despise how now a days shyness = weakness.
I was just thinking of Abdulrahman Hassan making a video of Haya (Shyness/Modesty), and now he has uploaded! Subhanallah This is such a important topic that I think Muslims are neglectful about.

And as we near the end times, at least here in America, most people including women are FAR from modest or shy. In fact, they are encouraged to be the opposite

@@hamzamohamed6748 Suphannalah. Why exactly do they think you are too shy? In regards to women or in general.? Everyone is different. I was painfully shy to the point of nervous/timid even in situations requiring me to speak up for myself.

@@rashidkj2991 same as you. It’s just who I am. Where I live after high-school most guys and girls do haram openly. Then they come back to islam when they got it out their system. I don’t want to be apart of that nor do I want to marry someone who’s been through those fazes.
May Allaah Reward you tremendously.... i love you for the sake of Allaah ya Ustaadh Abdirahman ...

So many wonderful attributes to strive towards. This will only make the human race so much more beautiful. And make the world a beautiful place. And the best place is jannatul firdous in the hereafter. May Allah subhaana wa ta ala make us enter there without reckoning Ameen.

Jazakumullahu Khayran for this very beneficial topic
Very very beneficial channel. May Allah grant you all Jannatul firdous and us as well.
Shaykh I really respect you ما شاء الله you are doing a lot for the muslims. May Allah accept ur efforts. I used to watch madina series from a guy call imam Jibreel Muhsin but his videos were taken down, they were truly amazing clear and detailed but I really feel gutted and wish I could learn Arabic and have more kushoo in my salah and recitation of quran etc... As a personal request, I know u do not know me and I am nobody and I'm sure you are busy with other things but IF you get a chance can you teach the madina books online and post it up. Esp as u do so many courses so quickly I'd really love it if I can continue from where I left off. If you have online classes can I get the details, I mean live ones جزاك الله خير

@@afiandure6744 may Allah reward you. However I was always told to use the right teacher when seeking knowledge. The brother seems great but I would prefer someone from uk or US just because they can relate and it makes more sense. Plus no pronunciation issues. Walahi I'm not dissing the brother he is probably better than everyone but just as a personal preference. May Allah give us sincerity. I am like this because I tried something like this b4 and I struggled but with the course I was doing I was flying through it just because of the relevance. I don't know how to explain.

1:41 Jazaaka Allahu kheyran, brother the audio Is of poor quality, perhaps the microphone is a bit far from you. Great reminder.
I missed the 3rd/4th quality of shyness around 45:00. What's the one other than remembering death?

Your last words were went like that: “Shy person and Arrogant person will never learn “ Learn what? I didn’t understand that point

What he meant to say (Wallaahu 'A'lam) or I understood it as is ... "A Shy person and an arrogant person will never learn" meaning relating to the matters of the deen. He explained it before he said that last hadiith, " You can't be shy when it comes to your religion"... i hope I clarified it good enough... May Allaah increase us in our knowledge of the deen and make us of those that are shy... and May Allaah reward Ustaadh Abdirahman Hassan abundantly as he is a source of the pure sunnaah ... Maa Shaa Allaah ... Hafidahullaah ( May Allaah Preserve)
