I thought 99 for that AT ST rerelease was bad, but this is a new low for Cashbro. Seriously this is a 25 dollar toy at most.

I really enjoy the new TVC releases, but truly it’s all getting too expensive. This speeder looks nice as a step up from previous releases, but it’s far from perfect and far from $45. Before, I couldn’t justify paying $15-20 for old Star Wars figures at shows, but now NEW figures are charging me that. It’s only a small step up to get a classified or TBS, and now it’s getting to the point that only a few of those could get me a premium figure like a Hot Toys..... Ultimately, the shareholders and “exponential profits” are killing these businesses.

Dude these price hikes are getting ridiculous. The TVC Jabba set they just announced is like $90 by itself. And if you want the whole throne room to recreate a ROTJ diorama then you'd have to pay $220 for the Book of Boba Fett set with the Fat Bib Fortuna and add in the Jabba stuff to make it look accurate to episode 6. So have fun shelling out $300+ for all that. 😡

It’s insane hasbro still lies about “license fees” with their Star Wars lines, Jaz wears has come out and said they’re bringing ALL their Star Wars merch down in price

I've seen some people get a Snoke figure instead of the scout trooper with their bike. Too bad we couldn't see the figure inside before buying. I did see these on clearance for $17 at Walmart the other day.

I don't like that they had the opportunity to remake the Scout Trooper from the ground-up, but cheaped out. Regardless of whether or not the old one's parts still worked, they should have made an entirely new figure, especially at the price point. If I wanted the old Scout Trooper, I'd get one, I didn't want to pay for a new helmet. I was excited when I found this set in-store, even if the price was ridiculous, I was excited. But overall I was incredibly let down.

I need like four or six of these speeder bikes. Because my 3.75 figures need just a few vehicles that are not big

The World of Halo Mantis has more plastic, more paint, more articulation, more toy features, more cardboard box, more box plastic and more anything while also being cheaper. Even the Figure it comes with probably costs more than the Scout Trooper!!!

Imagine charging basically $30 for a speeder bike. Seriously this is $30 max. These toy companies like LEGO and even habro is charging premium prices for not so premium quality.

New scout trooper looks like a shrunken Black Series version. I’d say it’s a good thing, because old scouts were scuffed in my opinion

Only tvs and black series I’ll 100% try to get are the arc troopers. Always loved them. Fordo is best boy. Always wanted the rancor battalion guys. I’ve got both havocs. I’m definitely skipping that Appo and probably that shiny Commando. Hoping target stocks the new Legacy Evolution waves so I can get the deluxes a little cheaper.

Australian prices are even worse, when this went up for pre-order at zing/eb games (aussie gamestop) I thought oh this looks cool and saw the price of $95 and was like nope

The Helmut size is accurate, but I wished it had better articulation in the wrists.

I won’t be getting this new speeder bike. The difference is that McFarlane is private and Hasbro isn’t. Paying stock holders is what Hasbro has to do. McFarlane can eat cost for some things and make it up elsewhere, like keeping fans happy in the long run.

Here in canada the speeder bike sell for 66,99$ I think I will wait for clearance

I still have my old Black Series scout speeder (minus the stand which I have *no* clue where that went lmao) and the fact that this is around the same price I paid for the 6-inch version is actually insane.

Now we need Hasbro to make various styles of swoop bikes to travel through the sands of Tatooine.

i honestly bought the pretty bad tube 2019 figures and one recent episode 6 han solo figure because i want star wars badly but the pricing is terrible. the han solo was $17.99 while tmnt made a 12" big $20 ninja turtle.

Hasbro totally lost that 2012 speeder bike tooling. The tired ass ATST gets trotted out every couple years, no way they wouldnt release the old mold if they still had access to it.

Luckily I paid $29 for it from Amazon about a month ago.

When you consider that a carded figure costs $17 now, and you deduct that price from the $45 of this release, $28 for a newly sculpted speeder bike seems ok. Having said that, I have to agree it isn’t worth $45. Also, the figure wasn’t all new. Just a new helmet sculpt, so that isn’t worth $17 either.

$40.00 ten years ago is equivalent to $45.00 today. Maybe even more if someone calculated the cost of living from this time period. From seeing this at best maybe $25.00. So much disappointing for the price.

Yeah just wait for the price of the new haslab price sticker i heard something over like $500 who the hell has that type of money to just drop on a toy collection and they want the fans to fund it!!! Honestly guys i think we been funding hasbro,Disney for way to long with the price hikes and what do we get with all the extra money we spent on figures ships play set repaints or not really movie accurate or the fix one trouble part of the figure but leave the other part that needs attention alone im just saying that its crazy what they are doing to the STAR WARS line and it's fans

This is exactly why I don’t buy newer figures from hasbro. The prices are ridiculous especially when you could’ve bought figures for $10 just 10 years ago. Hell, I’ve got multiple RotS figures shipping cause hasbro just ain’t it

If I was in charge of the prices for vehicles, I would’ve charged the biker scout and speeder bike for $20. I would charge the recently released AT-ST with Chewbacca for $35 to $40.
