I’m guessing that’s where they started out? I remember around 2012/13 at TITP. My mate asked me if I wanted to go see the ‘dryburgh soul band’ who were on at like 1-2pm on a Saturday and i had absolutely no idea that it was actually the view 😂. No idea why they called themselves that for that particular TITP either as they were already well known as the view. Don’t think many others realised either as the crowd wasn’t big at all.

@@ryanbrown7160I was right at the front of that crowd. I heard they weren’t allowed to call themselves the view as they were special guests at rockness the same year and no one was allowed to play both festivals but to combat that rule they changed their name to dryburgh soul
