These are some highlights from a mid-June 2024 road trip through Pennsylvania and New York. My goals were to photograph trains on Moodna, Starrucca and Tunkhannock viaducts, intercept the Reading Ramble trip to Tunkhannock, take in the Reading and Norther, and a few upstate NY short lines, fining as may Alco diesels as possible. I got skunked 2x at Starrucca but otherwise my goals.
