Wow, wow and absolutely another wow... Mount Taranaki is super duper stunning. It's worst the trekking to see it. Epic sunset at the black sand beach. Great content and thank you very much for the posting. Enjoyed watching ✌️

I super duper miss the New Zealand vibes. I attempted to hike Mount Taranaki once, but due to time constraints, I was unable to reach the summit. It was sad. I really hope I can come back and explore New Zealand again.

That was TUI they like to whistle or sing... morning is the best they make great alarm clocks 🤩

Ahh finally we have the name of the bird 😂 we see the name “Tui” a lot but never cared to search for it to match to the bird to the name 😅😅

been there few months ago, really miss it :)

Any trekking in NZ - be prepared. Weather can change very quickly here and some food plus warm and waterproof clothing is a very good idea.

We came without anything for trekking 😅 no proper shoes, proper clothes… I guess if it’s warm it’s easier but with snow and super cold weather we definitely don’t have the equipment 😅

Such a beautiful country

Taranaki is also where they filmed the movie "The Last Samuri" starring Tom Cruse. They filmed there because the scenery was what they wanted PLUS, the big one, Mt Taranaki looks just like Mt Fuji in Japan. It was much, much cheaper to film here using Mt Taranaki as a substitute than to do so in Japan. LOL. It's all about money! Cheers guys.

Are you planning on crossing the south island with Berry? would be very informative if you're doing so. I drafted a 44 days road trip around NZ. Initial plan is to rent campervan for the whole trip and cross the island by ferry. But still working on the budget. Might end up driving a car in north island and campervan in south island. So looking forward to any information regarding campervanning in nz...hehehe

It was either October or November last year. We were there for 1 week where it was just pouring down with rain until we got a clear day to hike so I guess the month doesn’t really matter much 😅😅

Did it just erupt? 😳
