The Versatile LeverEDGE Trap Shrug/Lunge/Deadlift
Спорт
At first glance, this is a mere piece of deadlift equipment. You could not be more mistaken if you thought a tire was a liquorice donut. Click to see WBFF figure pro Carlene Steenekamp demonstrate the multitude of exercises possible on this remarkable device.
Features include:
Weights at the Ready
There are four chrome-plated Olympic bar-sized weight storage pegs that keep plates handy for rapid adjustments between sets. Especially handy in a piece like this, since trap shrugs, deadlifts and the like usually involve a lot of weight.
Extra Long Loading Pegs
For the bigger brutes, athletes and bodybuilders out there, you can load up 9 plates on each lever arm.
Versatile Positioning
Each handle is adjustable for both height and angle. This allows users to set a high starting height for trap shrugs, or down low for deadlifts; and the angle is adjustable so the user can face in or out.
Dual Handles
Provides a wider grip for larger users, or a narrow grip for smaller users.
Unique Ankle Rollers
Rest a leg here while facing outward to do split squats and split lunges! Or, you can even rest both thighs on them while facing inward to do tricep dips!

The most versatile gym equipment I've ever seen
Simple design thanks for the inspiration.
I Added one of these machines into our gym a few weeks ago, build quality is great, and the versatility of the machine has made it a great addition in many of our customers workout routines.

I ussualy only use it for shrugs 😂
This is super helpful 👌
I love that design for my deadlifts. No barbell scratches on your legs, more range for adjusting your back angles as needed, better range of motion (no need to stand on stuff), easier to load/unload.

Is it as good as trap bar deadlifts?
That's an awesome machine. For added value, make thee weight rest's adjustable/raiseable, and make that lunge attachment removeable, so a bench could fit inside of there. Also make the handles turnable. With all these additions, this could be raised up, put a bench inside, and it becomes a hammer strength press machine. Raise it higher it becomes a military machine. And you could even make it an incline hammer strength press machine. You could also do hack squats and calf raises if you raised the weight rests or added shoulder pad handle attachments. ---- With all these additions, this would become a no brainer value for gyms. You get deadlift, shrug, lunge, squat, calf raise, bench press, incline press, rows, and military press. All in one machine. For a gym with limited funds that doesn't want to invest in the hammer strength series, they get all this and only have to buy one machine. ---- Now I see you can do floor presses and military already with this. *But* you have to get the weight up high into position *on your own.* If a guy push presses heavy weight, this may not be fun. If we could raise the bottom position, it would be at the right height already.
Can do all of this on my Powertec Leverage system and so much more.
Много конечно есть чудесных тренажеров на свете но всех не перечесть но для меня меня мать -- штанга родная как есть!🙂
I wish I had access to this machine
Damn my new favorite for bulgarians

@@legendfitness 100% Sometimes my back doesn't feel up to using a bar so I use the machine to get my work in. I can put a ton more weight on the machine but it's still good to use.
Almost as good as a barbell.
