During my time the ventures is the popular band of all times! I love it!

One of the greatest guitarists ever and he makes it look so easy.

We heard Nokie at the Moore Theater on the 10th of April at the Ventures/Wailers 50 year celebration. Nokie at almost 74 years young can still make the guitar string sing! Talent!!!!!

Nokie Edwards and The Ventures are my hero's. They were inducted into the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame. Nokie said he began playing when he was 4. He said his father gave instruments to the kids and the one who played the best got candy. He said he liked a LOT of candy. ;-) I have a Wilson Brothers guitar signed by Don Wilson and the guitar case is signed by Nokie Edwards, Bob Bogle and Don Wilson.. we left Mel Taylor off as this wonderful drummer passed away in 1996. I'm proud to have known Nokie and the other members of The Ventures (original members). Nokie and Bob are now in heaven playing with Les Paul and Chet Atkins. ;-)
