The Vaccine That Could End Breast Cancer | TARGET: Cancer Podcast | Ep. 62
Dr. Amit Kumar discusses the groundbreaking concept of a vaccine for cancer. He explains how they have identified "retired proteins" that are only produced during specific periods of life, such as lactation, and reappear when cancer cells arise. By vaccinating individuals after they no longer need these proteins, the immune system can be trained to target and destroy cancer cells. Dr. Kumar shares their progress in developing a vaccine for breast cancer and other types of cancers as well.

The industry NEEDS this. The appearance of constantly treating symptoms and ignoring the underlying cause is leading to distrust of the medical system.

I will keep an open mind. But I always remember this. Cancer was literally non-exsistent prior to the last 100-200 years. Yes of course here or there. Folk could drink and sugar and flour to excess for thousands of years. But even Canadian coal miners for decades in the worse conditions, didn't get lung cancer. Why? They had real food when they eat, movement, real water, etc. Lifestyle primary. And it BLOWS AWAY by multiple orders of manitude anything like this ever tried. Now as a bridge, as a stop gap as a do not have worse outcomes until someone ready to embrace lifestyle...maybe. And often the research, ironically, points back to how awesome lifestyle is. I've seen that over and over. The underlying mechansism is something lifestyle does better and in spades.

How do you account for the average lifespan? For most of our existence humans did not live long enough to get cancer.

When will you test on hormone positive/her2 negative survivors to see if it prevents recurrence in this group? Does it work with metastatic bc?

That's my question too, they don't work hard er positive her2 negative breast cancers, majority womans dies from this type, 80% cancers hormone positive cancer and 30% comes back metastatic deathly, it's upsetting they don't try to found the cure all breast cancer but one or 2 types, all types of breast cancer is deathly

I hope I can get this because I refused the adjuvant anti estrogen pills after my bilateral mastectomy. My tumor was only 5 mm but I didn’t want the radiation or chemo.figures I might not have needed my amputation 😢. Well hopefully I can get this vaccine.

80% of the women being treated with the standard of care have some very bad side effects and although I don’t want my cancer to recur, I don’t want to suddenly start feeling side effects when I wasn’t sick at all to begin with. This is an awful choice and dilemma. The radiation and chemo treatments themselves can cause cancer. I’m really fortunate to have found mine with mammography. I think. This vaccine could very well be a huge breakthrough. I changed my diet and food lifestyle completely and I’m all looking at how to reduce blood sugar spikes and I’m even fasting. I feel so bad for others that have suffered so much more than I have. Mine is her2- er+pr- It a horrific disease. I’m a flattie now. BMI too high but I’m changing that right now! I hope you’re not experiencing awful side effects. My dmx was Jan 30th 24. So early here. Finding out estrogen is everywhere! But I wouldn’t want to deprive my parts that need estrogen. Just that simple. The standard one size fits all pills are just not good enough!!

@@savatryramsaran1877 I’m sorry to hear that. This entire ordeal is brutal indeed. Pretty much decided to overdose of cruciferous vegetables and I am doing intermittent fasting. I’m 67 and was overweight and still have weight to lose but it is coming off. I bought a masticating cold press juicer and I’m foregoing the meat and dairy and trying to avoid the fats. I learned that starches are okay. Sugar is totally out. So it’s quite a strict diet but it’s a real good idea when your cancer is estrogen driven to just try not to add to it. At all if you can. Longest I fasted so far was 4 1/2 days but it’s good to start out slow. Cancer diagnosis will make up your mind to lose weight if you are considered obese even if just a little! My taste buds are learning to like lots of green broccoli and cauliflower, just don’t fry it in anything. That’s why I bought the juicer and Chris Beat Cancer book. Gives me hope that at least feeding myself with everything cancer hates is a good thing. It’s an adjustment but that standard of care the oncologists dish out is crazy and I’ve lost my husband mom and brother to various cancers so I’m going to fight it best I can and this vaccine gives me great hope. My cancer was small but invasive and the surgeon said I might have had it for a year. That’s bs. I probably had it for 10! Pathology said partially in situ. I could have just had a lumpectomy but I was terrified that it was more than just the one area. So just stage one…..onco score 18 so no need for chemo but the adjuvant therapy CAN be very harmful. Drs shouldn’t cause harm, period. I want to know how to get on this next trial asap.
