The fandom freaked out so much when this came out. It was the first time Taehyung really showcased his wide vocal range. People used to say he only “growls” and can’t sing. I think this is because he didn’t get that much lines and the parts he does sing have this really rough sound (?) like in War of Hormone and Fun Boys. Same goes with Jin. Their vocal skills weren’t appreciated enough until WINGS album. I’m really happy you guys reacted to the live as well. Thank you

I feel like Tae has an incredible voice and doesn’t get used as much in bts bc his voice is almost so unique that he doesn’t blend in as easily as Jungkookie for example

Every member of BTS is talented but Taehyung (V) can bring me to tears with his voice. For me it is not about fangirling in the traditional sense. He is a good looking young man but I am 53 so it is all about the voice, or the dance talent. I need substance. V's voice is substantial. I wish they gave him more opportunity to showcase it.

Me too! I’m near 60...a couple more months, and Tae is my “son” and I am so very proud of him every time he performs. Everything he does! I would adopt him in a second!

Plus this, despite of his baritone voice, V is the only member of BTS who can reach a C6/G6 note. Who else can't be proud of him. And also, I really waited for thiissss. More viiddeeooosss for next yeaarrrr

I have to say "Stigma" and basically that whole era from them is my favorite era from BTS. V has said in the past that he loves Jazz and older R & B. And one of his favorite singers is Erik Benet. To me, Kim Taehyun has a very old soul. And it suits him well. His birthday is the 30th of this month gentlemen when u get a moment, don't forget to wish him a happy birthday.

This is my favorite song by Taehyung. I love all his songs but Stigma just takes me back. AJ you're right on his live vocals being better than the recording. I always prefer BTS live vocals over the recorded ones. The recorded vocals are too polished, I like the rawness of the live vocals. Also first time I heard Tae sing I was like damn he remindeds me of Luther Vandross. Thank You guys for showing our boys so much love, Borahae 💜.

He is a lyrical baritone with a ginormous range, not including his falsetto, which he goes in and of without anybody realizing he did it! This young man his God gifted talented! Tae also has a 4 octave range, which is 1 octave higher than most people. He also has perfect pitch, so he can here chicks or chickens tweeting and tell you what pitch it is!

A baritone vocalist of the group his range is insanely insane. C6/G6 notes are not a joke those are very insanely high notes. Any baritone can damage his voice cuz it's doesn't lie in their comfort range, it's the range of soprano a female voice mostly. If u notice he has best technique of breath control while singing in the group. I will not gonna say he is one of best singers I think he has more work on himself for that but through out years he is improving his singing technique. Taehyung build himself like that through many practices there are baritone legends who hits way higher notes out of their comfort range and taehyung officially named as one those baritone legend. This is very big achievements of taehyung. His lowest range is Eb2 which also comes under bass voice although he is baritone. He has various tone quality. He is only frequently changes his tone in BTS music. Eb2-C6 range is indeed the insanely widest vocal range. I really enjoy ur reaction.💜

Tae's high notes have me closing my eyes so hard that it hurts - wow - he just KILLED it! What I wouldn't give to hear this live in person!

V is the only one with that beautiful voice in KPop! he has the deepest most soulful voice yet could still hit the highest of notes! I got it!! I agree, Stigma made me think old school neo soul the SECOND I heard it. The singing coordinator behind the Sister Act movies said that Taehyung's voice was soulful, that she wanted to hear more. She said it makes you feel. They met her during an American Hustle Life episode. She worked with Taehyung, Jungkook and Suga for a mini performance. She got them singing "Oh Happy Day"

I love howTae isn’t afraid to push the envelope and introduce younger generations to music genres that they might never come into contact with otherwise. I’ve always been a huge fan of the older genres of music and movies and I just love how he puts his own twist on it. He’s my bias for a reason. A lot of times others say that Taehyung Stans only like him for his good looks. But he is much more than that. He is extremely talented and smart as are the rest of the members. I hate when people just call him handsome and air headed. He is the one that created the saying I purple you and borahae, which is very important to both BTS and Army. Each of them deserve our love and respect. They are on a whole other level

You're right about V having guts. There is a compilation video of nothing other than V hitting the note. He was shaky at the beginning of the year but wound up strong - and the video we saw is the culmination of a year of courage. He sounded pretty awful at the start - but he gutted it up and persevered, concert after concert, with no digital help. My favorite part about this is when after he hits that high note. He covers his eyes and has the biggest smile on his face. He was so proud of himself and I love it.

V is either your bias or biaswrecker. His voice is rare. Its very unique. Now we know why BTs is the greatest Boyband in the planet. THEY GOT ALL 7 MULTITALENTED, mind blowing, amazing, stunning , unbelievable, individuals. 💜💜💜

He's a rapper but I actually like his singing voice, I think all the rappers sing well they do a lot of the supporting vocal harmonizations in live performances but it's nice to actually hear them in verses.

Tae singing is what angels sound like. He's such a low key member and he doesn't get enough credit, and he doesn't even care. He's always having fun. I keep coming back to this. V gives me chills when he sings. First time I heard him hit that high note I was like omg that came out of him…unbelievable.

Stigma is my drug! I always defend this as Tae's best while so many only know Singularity and Winter Bear.

One of the reasons I love BTS is because they go all out when they are Live, even if it’s a concert or a award show because they know fans pay a lot of money to see them so they want fans to go home and know the money they spend was worth it. Even though they are really big and can act like it, they don’t. They still humble and still give a great show, when other artists do become huge a lot of times they stop trying to get better or they stop doing the big performances and just stand there but BTS is not like that and when they do just stand it’s for a reason like a break from dancing and to catch a breath but they still give a great show like what V is doing. They actually feel the music, the emotion behind the song when they sing so it makes more powerful

taehyung became my bias the moment I heard stigma. his voice has that something extra that I can't even explain but that goes in deep every time I listen to it. I too am an RnB lover and I refused to listen to my daughter's K-music. November 2022, I finally looked at a BTS KZread video (all it took was one look - fan). Tae has a husky sultry smooth voice and yes he sounds better live. Stigma and Singularity has this effect of hitting you just when you least expect it. The boy has soul in him! I couldn't agree more about him having the same tones as Luther Vandross. Also we don't have many singers nowadays that really do soul music like the old days. For me personally, I would love to see Tae do a soul jazz album in his natural pure voice in the future, whether it be in Korean, English or half and half, the boy can sing and still melt our hearts with his voice xx

Taehyung has such an insanely versatile voice . From the deep voice with tons of resonance to a high falsetto. Add his facial expressions and stage presence and it’s game over .

They often say that they feed of the audience and I think thats often why the live is better. Tae became my bias the instant I heard his voice in Blood Sweat and Tears and hes stayed there but been joined by Jimin. I love all the boys but I have a soft spot for those two. Tae's voice is so remarkable hes got a very distinctive sound so its easy to tell its him as soon as I hear him.
