WELCOME BACK TO SMACKDOWN AND WE OPEN THINGS UP WITH THE NEW SMACKDOWN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS, THE USOS! Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso talk about how Imperium are now the ones with cracks forming, instead of The Bloodline, and then issue an OPEN CHALLENGE??!? The Judgment Day address what happened at King Of The Ring as Dominik Mysterio & Damian Priest are MAD, as well as Alba Fyre calling out Alba Fyre 👀. HOW LIV MORGAN KEEPS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS I HAVE NO IDEA, she faces the Womens World Champion Iyo Sky 1 on 1 in a NON TITLE MATCH, with the recently returned Kairi Sane lurking around! Butch explains his actions from last week after he turned on Sheamus and left The Brawling Brutes! Austin Theory goes 1 on 1 against Mr. Money In The Bank LA Knight (YEAH)! The Intercontinental Champion AND King Of The Ring Carmelo Hayes STILL plans on calling out The World Heavyweight Champion Gunther despite him just defending on NXT against Ilja Dragunov!
HOW THIS UNIVERSE MODE WORKS:
After the WWE completely Reset in WWE 2k22, we are here a FULL YEAR LATER! Vince McMahon decided to sell the company after being FORCED to leave, and the NXT GM Rylo Meltzer decided to buy it BEFORE Head Booker Jake Pentagon (me) could get to it. Jake appointed Rylo as NXT GM as a favor, but now, he's lost control from within. Rylo decided to leave Jake as the GM of RAW, and take over Smackdown for good!
2k23 RULES
-2 GMs battle it out weekly to see who has the better show (Community Polls after each RAW/SD episode)
-Whoever is winning in the ratings/polls gets a little boost to their show (tbd later)
-No Stealing Talent (unless a stipulation/loan), and Trades can be made
-Whoever has the best show at the end of 2k23, wins...something
This Universe Mode will be different then some of the others. I will be deciding who wins, I'm not gonna try to hide it, because you can see the pin screen and targeting thing. There will be 4 or 5 matches per episode, depending on the storylines going on. If there is anymore than 4, they will be edited down to not take too much time, I don't wanna make 30 minute videos here unless its a PPV. The matches will be mostly from the camera angle that WWE 2k22 Provides, with most of them using highlight reel for the finish or after the match for a custom cutscene. Expect the unexpected in this Universe Mode, and remember...to not take it too seriously.

What a main event! Melo looked like he was going to go 3 for 3, but Imperium came out (Gunther was not happy about seeing them after they lost the tag team titles to the Usos at KOTR), Trick Williams tried to help Melo win, Dragunov tried to help Gunther after Gunther helped Dragunov on NXT (the hell was Grayson Waller doing on Smackdown???), Imperium took out Trick and Gunther hit an amazing sequence, two powerbombs, the last symphony and a huge lariat to retain. What a match!

sucks that they all lost their jobs, but i’m glad that they’ll be able to show who they are again cuz most weren’t on tv. now i have to get rid of them all in the series
