I lived in Germany in the 80s and 90s and it was a real country with a real identity. Now it is just a joke as far is the general population goes there is still some good traditional areas but other than that from 2000 ISH forward it's just gone downhill with ridiculous political decisions that are costing them billions now like shutting down their nuclear plants and now having to buy energy from France "because that is melting" .... They just become another drop in the globalist pot.

Hey Wes, With enough time on your journey around the world, the US may eventually evolve to a point where settling down could be ideal or promising to you by then. As you mentioned, no place truly has all the answers; there are always pros and cons everywhere. You don't seem to know a lot about Europe. Many countries are heading the exact same way as the US, although certain countries are resisting better - partly because of a pretty dark history and memory of communism. Wouldn't exactly call it "autonomy" either with the EU forcing things upon countries against their will.

No it is not like that, I am from Europe so let me explain. It is the local (country) governments that are playing "good cop, bad cop" Regulation in the EU need unanimity consent from member states (in some instances a super majority but countries have still a veto), so all regulations got the okay from all the country governments. And as soon as the population don't like a regulation the local government tell them, it is not us, it is the EU. Now you would think that it would not work, but about 1/3th of the population (mostly low educated people) fall for it every time.

Enjoyed an income-to-spending rate that was sustainable. Food was more natural and affordable. Now its just a meat grinder that wont care a bit bout tax payers. Growing up as an immigrant, I understand we are not part of the mainstream, and yet we are our own mainstream, part of your ability to travel isn't just the blue passport, it's that you have shared your life experience with many cultures growing up in the US. This is something you have pointed out yourself in other videos. This is part of the beauty that is America. At this point, I do believe you have conquered the monkey mind when it comes to race and Identity in America. We live in a hodge podge of philosophy swinging from left to right, Ying and yang all looking to stay on the middle path. There is a campaign right now, that says that diversity isn't good for civilizations to prosper, which is a bit of a disturbing thought, since our nation is one of the most diverse on earth. Yet you may not have a Ph.D. in this matter but you have pointed out that Americans as diverse as they may be somehow all share a common mentality, so then it comes down to nature vs nurture it is human nature that we are all one... one love

I'd say many parts of Western Europe are going downhill as well. While the woke ideology isn't as in your face as the US, I think unchecked immigration will eventually lead to the same pitfalls as the US-higher crime, less safety, less social cohesion and trust (You can see this in the US with people sticking to themselves, kids aren't allowed to play outside or travel by themselves vs a country like Japan, etc), as well as a loss of identity which you mentioned. I live in the SF Bay Area and they don't release mugshots here because it's 'racist', and you can see the same thing in many European countries like Sweden where news outlets and crazily enough, even victims refuse to report on crime because it'd be 'racist'.

Completely agree with everything you said except one of the first parts. We have in place a system of checks and balances, that SHOULD limit the overreach of federal government but through the ever increasing rise of authoritarian power through the left that is unfortunately changing. To be fair you said your knowledge of government is limited. We have values and a doctrine to unite us but again, unfortunately, it is slowly being diminished by the Marxist wishing to destroy all of our western values and what made the U.S. great in the first place. Diversity is a great aspect of the U.S. as well but again there are issues that arise with multiculturalism that should be addressed. Great vid

Thats not the point of the video 😂 The point is, Europe is better regardless of its problems. There’s to many cons in America right now. America just aint it anymore. Fast food and candy everywhere. Healthy food is expensive and not enough of it. Pretty much, most people are susceptible to become overweight and being unhealthy Americans have prioritize “Capitalism” or “Money” as the ultimate utopia to the point where they have lost family values and lack meaningful relationships. Way too superficial and individualistic. No wonder most people are depressed and have mental health issues. No culture Everyone’s sensitive (most people) Getting cancelled for nonsensical things Way to “politically correct”, it doesn’t make logical sense anymore The list goes on and on The U.S is only good to earn money and the leave it for some place better. And that’s debatable because there are other countries that pay good money as well. America is way to over hyped and its only gotten worse to live at in all aspects.

I don’t think America has a wokeness problem per say. I think the issue is that our media does way too much to promote diversity, even though much of the country is still backwards to accepting minorities and LGBT people. Americans have a tendency to care about other people’s business and thats why so many bigoted people are obsessed with LGBT people becoming more accepted in broader American society. In Europe, not only are people more accepting of LGBT people, but they don’t care if you are LGBT or not. A lot of Europeans mind their own business and don’t care about your gender or sexual preference.

Your race does not define who you are. Who cares how you perceive how others see you! Start by being a guy first than an Asian guy and quit boxing yourself in. You have a channel and platform so show what Asia has to offer to the world than being a victim to the Western Ideology. Either it’s deliberate for a content and views or the question and solution is within you. Good luck with all your gains. Hope you do better
