I literally HATE that update. There was one game where I was winning because my two opponents were fighting each other while I sat back at third place saving troops and grabbing islands. Just as I was about to pounce with more troops than both combined, the game ended in a stalemate.

They probably added a stalemate so they could use less resources on the server, I bet since this is a pet project from the Dev he is running these servers off his pocket instead of monetizing it at all.

i like 1v1v1s if everybodys trying to win, they dont truce each other for more than 10 seconds and the crown is always the target, its much better than deciding to truce up and go for 2v1

Kinda a stretch to say it changes the entire game. It just encourages the players to align and act faster to prevent stalling at the endgame.

I hear what you're saying but there are a lot of times that the dynamics of the end game don't become clear until there are only a few players left - as is the case in this video. Having to decide early in the match about who you will align yourself with during the endgame doesn't allow the player to assess currents in real-time and adjust accordingly. This update means we have to change our entire strategic plan, just to accommodate the update. Plus, many matches are won or lost in the endgame wars of attrition. This changes all that.

There was a chance to snipe the win on the first map at the after they voted for peace with a full send 😅 they made the mistake to vote for peace first while having crown

The update made my games really glitchy yesterday. I had random lines of land extending out to sea and won almost every game because it was as if real players couldnt do anything. Really odd.

Now we need to study the mechanics for stalemate Ps: or make non-stalemte matches

I totally agree. There are games where I am pretty sure I would be taken out by my opponents ganging up against me as the crown, but it is still thrilling. The dev took the thrill out of the game and if you ask me, the thrill is in some ways better than actual winning.
