From someone who worked for Red Bull for 6 yrs, a lot of your facts in this video are fairly accurate. But the most major thing you left off is that - Red Bull owns Distribution companies which is what brings in the revenue that allows Red Bull Global to do all of those wild and crazy events. This causes a draw back for those who work for the Distribution Company however, those at Red Bull Global (Red Bull North America in the US) is that there is such a disconnect and the way employees are treated declined over the years as Red Bulls overall revenue increased - it turned into a greed for money at the employees expense. This has caused hundreds and maybe thousands of loyal employees who loved and supported the brand to transition to other brands and even industries where they were valued and compensated for their experience. Hopefully one day the Global team in Austria realizes what has happened and turns back the pages and supports their employees more.

Athletic Interest did a similar video 2 years ago. And after thinking for a bit, I found it a bit strange that Red Bull became more than the Energy Drink. It was so aggressive with its sports teams that I don't think of the Energy Drink when I hear Red Bull anymore. I think of the F1 Team or of the Football Teams but I don't see them as a Drink. It's something that they also do.

I saw the red bull airshow team (the flying bulls) at an airshow recently. There were many cool display teams, the swiss airforce Pc7 team probably beat them in my opinion and nobody could compete with the way Jurgis Kairys flew. But still they did a very cool show, makes me want to support them so I guess their marketing works. This video however made me think, I should try a red bull soon because somehow I have never tasted one. Edit: I just did, I kinda like it, a bit similar to the original monster (which I slightly prefer in terms of taste) but what I do not like is the size of monsters, I don't usually want to drink half a liter of energy drink with no good way of re-sealing it. I do like that RedBull does offer smaller cans.

@@Lucas-li6ss yes I understand it, however if I don't want to drink half a liter then I will prefer a smaller one since they are cans and not re-sealable bottles. What I would like is for there to be normal 33cl cans of monster.

But not only that, it was the BEST AoE2 tournament, with such a sleek and *professional* feel to it unlike any I'd seen before. As the video said, they not only _sponsor_ stuff. But the core brand, the energy drink that managed to beat the venerable British brand Lucozade to top spot when this was a neglected beverage niche, is likely to fade. Because now Red Bull is facing competitors with big money behind them, notably Monster (partly owned by Coca-Cola) and Rockstar (wholly owned by PepsiCo).
