I like that pastor said many good things about Job but I strongly disagree with him that Job live in fear and that was Satan's inroad to his destruction, how? The trail was on Job's faith in God and he passed the trail according to the scriptures (James 5:10-11. Fear is opposite or absence of faith. How can some one live in fear and still have integrity and not compromise. The two don't go together. Please check it out. Love you sir.

i disagree with the whole teaching. Firstly Job is an allegory of Christ...the testimony from God about Job makes it clear, its only Christ who was upright, righteous. Job played a priestly duty for his children everyday. Its only Christ who plays this role as our advocate daily. Job suffered at God'swill and he suffered to prove his righteousness, Job lost everything but after losing his children thats when he rent his clothes, shaved his head and fell down upon the ground . Hair is a sign of Glory, this is how Christ came to save us for us his children we were now dead in sin, he left his Glory and position as God in Heaven. I could go on but the story of Job is purely a salvation story, its about the suffering of Christ.

The word is direct and talks about Job's fear, Peter Also feared death n denied Jesus, does that mean he didn't have faith. There's NO allegory here, Job was a real person that lived. Be humble like a child n take n learn the word of God, don't use your human wisdom on God's word, use revelation by the spirit not theological articles. Why did Job repent?

You and Thandiwe need spiritual growth. You need to know who Jesus is and who God is. The word is direct and talks about Job's fear, Peter Also feared death n denied Jesus, does that mean he didn't have faith. There's NO allegory here, Job was a real person that lived. Be humble like a child n take n learn the word of God, don't use your human wisdom on God's word, use revelation by the spirit not theological articles. Why did Job repent?
