My daughter was in competetive cheer and she always wished that she could fly but she was a base. She wasn't a big girl but definitely too big to be a flyer.     It's something a lot of people do when public speaking from nerves. It typically goes to the word like or things like um, ugh etc. It's the extra energy from being nervous being put somewhere. I doubt she talks that way when she isn't on the spot.

    Lipo dystrophy, likely. Not sure if it's the same as functioal muscle mass but it can cause extra muscle. Put training on top. Now it all makes sense. Especially given the lean legs make the upper body look even stronger

    @@gur262 Everyone is different & sometimes get different symptoms, Just because this hasn't happened to you doesn't mean that it doesn't happen to others. Hypothyroidism is a significant health condition that leads to a double chin.. too much or too little of a particular hormone can lead to aesthetic issues like a double chin. These are not my opinions, these are medical facts.

    Her fat distribution, with lean legs but double chin is so odd that I don't know wth is going on at all. If this wasn't what it is I'd bet for sure on roids. Just too much muscle especially in the upper body for a woman otherwise. But. Genes do odd things sometimes. Roids can change fat distribution but like this? I don't think so. So maybe it's natural, though highly unusual.
