I have rewatched the untamed so many times already and it’s still so good lol. I have watched Thai reactors reacting to it as well in both subs and Thai dubs. They usually have to cut off some parts off to beagle to get approval by wetv to post on KZread. Idk if that works for other reactors. Hope the members on patreon helps you understand certain nuances better because there are a ton😅 When i first watched this drama, i was soo in love with the plot that i went ahead and read the entire novel, then read the webtoon and then watched the anime. I consumed so much untamed content that i started having nightmares about the zombies and villains from the series 😂😂 I had barely gotten over my fear of sleeping without any lights and i was proud of my self and i went right back to my old self sleeping with the night light on😂😂

"The Untamed" is literally the best and my top favorite BL drama. I prefer it more than any other intense BL dramas I've watched so far.

It's not BL drama. It's a bromance. That's why The Untamed is so good

The Untamed is the only drama that i have re-watched for more than 15 times. I have read the novel, bought the novels, read the manhua, on the way to buy the manhua, listened to the audio drama, watched the Donghua(anime) and watched the live action. This is an amazing drama to watch and i highly suggest it to anyone in my life.

The Untamed is absolutely incredible, but it takes a while to kick in. I'd say 7 or 8 episodes, but trust the process. It's a MASTERPIECE

The Untamed is not JUST BL. It's about many things like family, friendship, mobbing and mob mentality. It has many subplots and all of them are good. The show take its time to develope the characters and to make you invested in them. It's a well written, well acted drama with beautiful sets, costumes and soundtrack. The only minus for me is the CGI that is a bit cheap. But by the time is used, you are so invested in the characters that you won't mind.

I watched the whole drama and even read the novel , I must say the beginning episodes could be a little bit confusing but I'm sure you guys will catch up as it continues, and one of my fav part of this drama is the flute music and bgm ,it's just hits different 💜💜💜💜💜 will be waiting for the updates 💜💜💜 thank you guys for your efforts 🥰🥰🥰

This drama is "bromance" but this is an adaptation from BL novel, this story also have anime/donghua, comik/manhua, and audio drama adaptation The title is 'Mo Dao Zu Shi' a.k.a 'Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation' or 'The Founder of Diabolism' I really really really recommend the donghua btw, its EPIC, if you watch it, it will answer the question that did not answer in the drama It will bring you vibe of Avatar Aang, Naruto, and Harry Potter. The animation is beautiful and the fight scene is insane

Oh this is going to be a LONG journey for you guys haha. Now this was an introduction to BL for a LOT of people out there, and I personally think the hype around this show is very well deserved (I watched it over 6 times lol, so of course I'd say that), but its a show y'all need patience for. It's slow, emotional, and beautiful and I hope you guys get to experience the full essence of it.

Omg yesss!!!! The Untamed is adapted from a novel that IS a BL but the drama does not outright say it because it is censored. While watching the show it's more like a if u know u know cuz the bl scenes are right there, it's just toned down 😅😅. It's an amazing show. It is a BL!, just a bit censored. The romance is still epic. You will have the time of your life watching this. There is a lot of characters and its sort of like clan wars and politics. All of the characters are so engaging. This is a mid budget drama. Cgi for action scenes may a bit wonky but the set design, costumes, writing and acting are all top tier. Its one of the most loved chinese xianxia dramas of all time. Its worth all 50 episodes.

I consider the Untamed to be the best high fantasy show I’ve ever watched and that’s no exaggeration. It was the second Chinese show I watched and I really went in with low expectations, but I was left absolutely speechless. It is truly a labour of love and even though it didn’t have a super high budget and most of the actors were relatively young and inexperienced at the time it was made, the passion they all had for the story and their characters really shines through. Honestly, the characters in the Untamed are so impressive and so unforgettable. I recommend it to everyone, even though it can be a bit confusing for the first 11 episodes or so.

You wonder if they love each other that’s the essence of ‘subject bl’😂 can’t see the love that obvious but you feel it through out the storyline

I wanted to tell you how much I love 'The Untamed.' It's become one of my all-time favorite shows, and I can't get enough of it. The story, the characters, the world-building-it all just resonates with me on such a deep level.When I first watched 'The Untamed,' I have to admit, I didn't fully understand it. There were so many characters and plotlines to keep track of, and it felt a bit overwhelming. But The Untamed" manages to keep getting better with each episode.

In a novel, it's definitely BL. But they made it just a slight bromance. It's still a great drama for me. No intimate moment, no kiss, but you still feel the connection. If anyone has watched this drama before reading it, they will not understand that it is really a BL drama. Because the producer made it like this. So they don't face any unnecessary bans or restrictions from the Chinese government.

The Untamed is brilliant! It's well worth the 50 episodes. I don't know how many times I have rewatched parts of it. For me there are two Chinese dramas that I can't get enough of and it is The Untamed and Eternal Love (Ten miles of peach blossoms). Both of them are on Netflix and they are among my go to series for rewatching and the music from both of these are also on my Spotify playlist.

Due to Chinese censorship there won't be an intimate-intimate scenes you might be expecting. Nonetheless, you are going to feel the love here that would be intense than just touchy scenes. Trust me on this. You are on the peak of a brilliant storyline.

The Untamed was the first C-Drama I ever watched and I fell in love with it. The special effects can be a little goofy, but the acting and story more than makes up for it. It is a censored BL. The source Material is a BL. And they find clever ways to get around censorship to remind you that it is a BL.
