I actually think that’s the most soothing of all theories. Because if this is an endless cycle, it means you will exist again. If everything resets, the chance that you will exist will be the same every time. And since you exist now, this chance is greater than 0. There are actually three ways in which the universe is expected to end These are : 1.The heat death or the big freeze (constant dark energy) 2.The big rip (increasing dark energy) 3.The big crunch (matter wins) The heat death(constant dark energy): The heat death or the big freeze is said to be the most likely ending for the universe.The heat death occurs due to constant dark energy and that means the universe will continue being expanded forever.The different galaxies bubbles may begin to separate from each other while galaxies may still be together and probably with their local galaxy bubble.This continues till all the matter is so far away that the light from them are unable to reach others.This leaves us and our local galaxy bubble.The universe would be a place where it is dark and cold and possibly no light at all....Well,a good thing about this is that we get to have the universe for the longest The big rip(increasing dark energy): Now,the big rip.The big rip scenario is caused due to the increasing dark energy that is the dark energy gets stronger.In this scenario the galaxies gets separated,in the heat death scenario we saw that the local galaxy bubbles were able to be together but in this situation it doesn't.First, spaces begin to become larger between galaxies and then the dark energy begins creating spaces within the star systems (that is between the planets and the star) and it keeps getting stronger and then it starts creating spaces inside the planets .If u were in there at that time,u and the spaceship or whatever u are staying in will be teared down into atoms.The black holes who are tried and defeated by the dark energy will be the last things to remain devouring the atoms left Offf.......that was scary Poor matter which is defeated by the dark energy but however there is one scenario which matter wins The big crunch: Matter has one scenario in which it wins.The big crunch ( which kobi is speaking about in this short)is where the matter wins.So,matter is constantly pulling on other matter that is galaxies are pulling on other galaxies and vice versa.So,this scenario is basically like a reverse big bang in which matter pulls and pulls on other matter.By this way,the universe kinda shrinks untill everything is very close together.Any life which is existing now will be instantly burnt as the temperature begins to rise very very much untill all the matter collapses into itself and explodes Well, that's all i know about these cases and all these information are in my own words so if there are any grammatical mistakes,pls excuse me😅🙃🙃
