Metaphysical Realism: Reality = That which is. Since only That which is can either affirm or deny that there either is or is not That which is, there is That which is. Since there is That which is, there is not That which is that is other than That which is, for if there was something other, it would still be That which is that we merely call other. Therefore, That which is, is all-inclusive. That which is nothing in particular (actual), is by definition everything in general (potential). That which is = Reality = All-inclusive = Absolute = Continuum of Being = Creative Intelligence = Life. Since That which is, is all-inclusive, there is no other. Therefore, whatever appears as other or separate/opposite, is in Reality the all-inclusive nature of the One without a second to 'Serve' as the Infinite, Eternal Continuum of Being that functions as a diversified unity of potential (Creative Intelligence), actualizing as a unified diversity or Uni-verse, and thus, is the one Absolute Being in which all relative beings live, move and have their Being, as the facets of a Diamond are 'both' distinct from each other 'and' the Diamond itself, the All in One in All. We are all It, to an unknowable/inexhaustible extent. Love is the recognition of our shared Being. Appearance is dual. Reality is non-dual. Whatever appears as separate and opposite is in Reality - Continuum. We tend to conceptually reify hotter and colder into hot and cold. No cold in hot, no hot in cold and never the twain shall meet, except for the fact that in Reality they are complementary self extensions that meet and re-meet in the middle of the Continuum we call 'Temperature'. There is always some of each in the other, even if only a molecule. Since change is the only constant, it can only move in two directions: for the better (balance, optimum) or for the worse (imbalance). Therefore, it can be influenced by choice. Every choice we make generates a corresponding timeline of experience. What we experience are the contents/qualities of our perception. Every perception is to some extent memory. Every memory is to some extent imagination. If the resulting narrative needs to be changed, change perspective. Is it a limit or a creative guideline? No wrong answer - only a choice. The optimum (Heaven), is always found somewhere between the extremes of too much and too little (hell). Each experience of each day is 'both' the fruit of yesterday's choices 'and' the seed choices of tomorrow's experience. It is not possible to use reason to argue for a deity that is uncreate. And while Russell’s reasoning is “poorly developed”, it is no more so than the reasoning of the atheist, however “developed” it seems.
