This video made me realise that these types of games have their own genre, and it's the genre most people are attracted too. Take bee swarm simulator for instance. It has the exact same idea as Sol's RNG except it has a completely different idea. It doesn't really make sense when I say it, but the two games are heavily related while being nothing alike.

honestly, i think the reason ppl love this game is because it doesnt even have stuff to do, the only sense of dopamine you get from it is crafting the best glove or getting a million aura, there is so little to do that the only thing to do is the most fun thing to do.

its just fun to have a favorite aura and even funeier to always think i might of got it and if you got it youl have fun flexing and you can do funy stuff such as a bounded sircle and being a part of it is just so cool

i have played sols rng for about 1-2 months now and my screen time went from 5h to 15h on average/day

I think another main reason people play this is because of the auras. They just look so freaking cool honestly.

Marketing and catering to bigger audiences is how games grow, that's probably why so many good games fall under because they don't reach enough interest to people

i can agree that i stayed 7 hours wathcing the monitor(yes i got very rare things) i actually forgot what grass is and missed a day of school. this game got me gambling addiction. AND I LUV IT!
