yea, Bret Hart always respected Undertaker. In his book, he actually says that when he went to sign the contract for twenty years in the WWF, Bret demanded that he got paid not a cent higher than what they were paying Undertaker.

he is easily the most resoected man in wrestling that is still alive vince himself puts him at the top of his list. hes a scout and a company man when everyone was jumping ship in the monday night wars mark stood by vince through it all that is why vince has so much love and admiration for taker. he truly is a legend and hes been a moderator for the locker room for over 2 decades. everyone in the back room knows not to cross him but they also know they can come to him for anything. wrestlers today like cena and hhh would hardly show the same amount of love this man has for the sport. hes a class act and he will never be duplicated. i remember my dad constantly telling me wrestling was fake when i was growing up but whenever taker was on the tv he shut up and watxhed with me he has a lot of resepct for him and as far as i know hes a closet fan but hes 70 now so lol

Airport where I worked and asked him to autograph my under taker folder he did but later complained about it at the baggage claim my friend over heard this so I threw it away and will never be a fan of his again I used to go to all his matches here in Desmoines. And buy his merchandise but I guess sometimes people can forget that the fans are important people too and they become full of themselves.

@@donaldcountryman3546 So you stop being a fan of a celebrity who complained about signing an autograph at the worst possible spot - the airport where they are the most stressed and probably exhausted from flying and stuff? It's not like that he owe you something - you don't have a special Meet & Greet pass to have an autograph plus he didn't flick you off or something.

  • @donaldcountryman3546

@@KerryKing931 OK no he didn't flick me off but he could of politely declined to autograph my folder as we were told by our employer if they say no then don't ask them again and ask someone else but I hardly believe that the airport is the worst possible spot to ask for and autograph I'm guessing the restroom would be or maybe when you're about to pick up on a hot girl and someone screws it up for you by asking for your autograph so maybe it was a little inconvenient for me to ask on the jet bridge but certainly not the worst place all I'm saying is he ruined my once in a lifetime of meeting someone I greatly admired and enjoyed being a fan of by complaining about signing my undertaker folder.

This is why I like pro wrestling/WWE, not just for their shows but for everything they do outside the ring, for their fans, for kids who are sick (the make a wish foundation etc..), their tribute to the troops (as far as I know that's something you don't see anywhere else in the world), the Susan komen stuff they did etc etc. Some people still say 'wrestling is fake'.. Well, all the stuff they do when they're not in the ring is real. And just for that reason I stay a member of the WWE network cause everything they did and still do is freaking amazing.

I will never forget watching Taker when he first debuted the gimmick woth WWF. Something about the way he owned the character stuck with me all these years. I was terrified as a kid. Who could have know that he was the most 100% legit guy behind the scenes, according to pretty much every person in the business? So much respect to this guy.

It's just because he (and also Kane) is the last remnant of a passed age of gimmicks and kayfabe, if you're unaware, kayfabe is the concept of keeping in character no matter what. I'm sure part of it is him, I doubt he wants the belief of Undertaker to be lost, especially among younger fans.

  • @michaelmartinez8868

Undertaker, you have been an icon in the WWE for more than 20 years. Watching all the classic moments from the first casket match to the hell in a cell, you have always been on top of your game. Respect was earned then but after seeing this the respect value tripled big time. You are a good human being for doing this here. Big props to the dead man!!! Even outside the ring you're making dreams come true.

I love that the wrestlers take time to go visit children with special needs and, children in hospitals. It's great that they can put a smile on a kids face that are going thru so much at a young age. Usually you hear about John Cena doing it and, it might be furthering his career but, it is deffinately making kids happy that normally wouldn't be and, that's what's important.
